My visit was horrible, 7/6/25 after 1pm. The young lady at the cash register was rude I said hello to her no response, I got my change back from her I said thank you and no response. I guess she didn't want to work. This is the first time this has happened at this location.

Very disappointed!!! We're at the end of winter in between salt and snow where your windshield and headlights are constantly getting blasted with a salty Mist leaving a bad residue which makes it hard for you to see stop at the gas station to get gas and clean headlights so I can see better and what do I find not one squeegee in any of their containers or cleaning solvent

Never had an issue with this place before. It's 9pm on Sunday. Sign on door looks used and made not recently that clerk went to bathroom and I can pre pay at pump. I didn't come for gas tf. And I am sitting in my car and a man came out with like 4 drinks but I couldn't get it. 🙃 crazy

Ok I'm sorry, I never have posted anything anywhere really, but the lack of urgency, the amount of time it takes this one particular speedway to process one individual at check is utterly astounding! I just don't understand? The other speedways in the area are so much faster at check out. It's been a very long time I have noticed this now. I have even started driving farther to a different one just because I do not have 20 min to wait in a line down the length of the store, that doesn't move, and the "multiple" clerks just go on and on talking. I really don't know, and now I feel dumb posting this. But.. I am done with this store for good now, and will drive a little farther to another one. Other then that they do a great job keeping the store clean and food ready. So plz ppl just stop talking and check the line out like your on fire. Peace.

Card reader at pumps rarely work. Key pad so dirty you can't read the numbers. Outdated and very dirty statuon. I only go there for ethanol free gas and pump not working half the time.

Lady with Grey hair and glasses was rude cause she had to do her job and be at the register saying under her breath I got better things to do and yelled WHAT DO YOU WANT twice to me so I just left. There are so many other gas stations on this road and I will be going to those from now on

Been here a handful of times. Will not be returning. It's dirty. The woman behind the counter in the mornings will not stop talking to the other employee even when I'm the only one in the store and waiting for her to scan my stuff. Making me wait a good minute. Just standing there for her to even begin scanning. Just completely ignoring me. Go down the street to any other speedway there's so many close by.

Update as of 09/01/23. To the Speedway Owner, re your response to my comment. There is no need for me to elaborate to another party or email. My original and honest experience is logically explained. Any further action is the responsibility of the Speedway Owner and or the Speedway corporation or franchise. If further action from commenters is necessary, it is a lazy attempt to follow through with your already established responsibilities. You can see for yourself online, the difference in prices. You will either handle it, or you won't. Time will tell.No need for further communication.Weekly, the price of gas online for the 4960 Dixie Hwy., Waterford MI location is not the same price at the actual location. The gas is 10 -15 cents more per gallon, than it reads online for this particular gas station. This is false advertising.
