I would give 0 stars if I could. This shop obtained my car in November 2022 after a deer collision smashed in the front of my car. There were multiple parts delays pushing the date I'd receive my car further back. I received it in February with the airbag light on, which put my safety at risk. My ambient temperature sensor also was not working, and my car made a sound when I accelerated that was not normal. The collision shop did not apologize, but instead stated "Oh that's weird, we had no sensor errors earlier!" and took the car back to "repair" it. The part that needed to be replaced (airbag control module) was on backorder AGAIN, and after having my car for 6 weeks, the airbag light was no longer on, but instead, all of my safety features were disabled, my ambient temperature sensor was still not working, my car still made a noise when accelerating, and there was a ton of body damage to my vehicle. Again, they refused to apologize or take accountability. They also reached out to me to schedule pick up for my car after I already had it in my possession for almost a week. Extremely unorganized. I ended up taking my car to another collision shop for the repairs since this shop was incapable of handling it and was negligent in their "repairs" and had no problem putting me in a vehicle that put my life at risk TWICE. (There ended up being a crack in the air intake hose connected to the turbo that's been causing damage to my engine. It's finally JUST been replaced). Never EVER bring your vehicle here. An absolute nightmare. They DO NOT care about their customers or their well being.

My name Robert Bruce Wish I could give no stars. My experience has been nothing but deceitful constantly tell me the same lie every time I called to inquire as to the status of my truck. Someones out sick or vacation it will be done next or their starting on it this date. This will more then likely be the last time I will deal with this dealership. I did brag about them at first, but after my last 2 times I am truly disappointed ?

Spent time and money having a 3rd party inspection and flying up to personally inspect an exotic car for sale at this dealer and upon arrival they told me I had to purchase the car before I would be allowed to drive the vehicle. In the weeks prior discussions leading up to the event they did not indicate this was a requirement besides having owned 2 of the similar type car before I had never before been required to purchase before a test drive. Beware deceptive practices in play at this dealer - surprised this even goes on anymore but be aware.

This place has no respect for its customers. NONE. The guy sitting behind the desk was worthless. He did nothing but defend their negligence and blame me. The management team and sales team are as useless as they come, actually that's too much credit. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! What A DISGRACE TO A VERY GOOD PRODUCT. FORD SHOULD CONDEMN THIS PLACE FROM SELLING THEIR VEHICLES. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and never have I BEEN TREATED SO RIDICULOUSLY BAD. Please stay away from this dealership! They claim they are so busy that they can't even answer phones or call back so honestly why support such a awful business. Stay away there are many more desirable dealerships for ford motor company products. I am a very busy individual and to have to take time to give this review is to just show how badly of a experience I had with this place it just makes me sick that this place thinks they are so high and mighty that they don't need the business or they can play games with people it's sickening. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I also promise they will do nothing but lie and blame me for this horrible experience I witnessed with them instead of trying to make things right. It's just sickening. HONESTLY IN THE END THEY PROBABLY DID ME A FAVOR BECAUSE WOW HOW AWFUL WOULD IT HAVE BEEN IF I DID PURCHASE THE VEHICLE AND HAD TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE UGH JUST AWFUL STILL CANT BELIEVE I WAS TREATED SO BADLY WOW .

I purchased a used vehicle from them that was in good visual condition. I was told by my sales consultant Ryon that I could not test drive off the lot because because it needed to be inspected. It seemed ok as I drove around the lot. The sales process overall seemed good. Everyone was friendly, but kept reminding me that the vehicle was as is. As I drove home it seemed the transmission was slipping. I don't drive much, but after a week I ended up having to get the transmission rebuilt because it was shuttering and slipping. Although I blame myself for not being more carful, I can't help but feel I was not able to drive off the lot because they knew about the transmission issues.

Right now is the worst time to ever be involved in an accident especially if the accident is not your fault. The roads were very slippery last March and somebody in back of me could not stop their car. It took a few months to get some of the parts ordered and some parts took longer. They fixed my car with what they had oredered at the time and today was the finished product and I am so happy and very pleased with the promise Schar told me a few weeks ago when my windshield was put in. She told me that when the parts come in, she is going to make everything right for me and she went above and beyond for me because when I picked up my car today it looked like I had a brand new car. You would never be able to tell it has been in an accident. Schar has a very nice receptionist named Tammy and she has a great staff of mechanics who made my car look as beautiful as the day I purchased it. The most important thing is to have patience and understanding of how difficult it is to get the parts needed to fix cars right now. Mine took almost 7 months and it was well worth the wait. Schar and her people are very good people and they want to make everything right for you just like they did for me. Please do not ever yell and get upset with them. Be kind and respectful and have patience and you will be as happy as I am. Thank you Schar. I appreciate you and your staff very much.Lee HeldService: Body & Trim

We used Suburban Collision of Waterford for a body damage repair from a small fender bender my daughter had. They were to replace the bumper, grill and one headlight along with a few other things. The car is black on black. The headlight casing should of been black, they put a chrome one in and clearly did not match the other. They put on and a grey grill. Say what?? How do you put two new items on a car that don't even match??? The rest of the job was great. We called back to inform them of this. My question is do you not do a final review of your work because you clearly would see that it doesn't even match!! So now I am taking 2 hours of my time to get your mess up fixed and never once did they apologize!! So irritating! Like I should not have to sit in your lobby and wait on my time! Matt and Suburban Ford Collision did an outstanding job on my new Ford Bronco. I had a bumper issue that I could not figure out and Matt helped me out and was able to help me under my warranty. Everything was very smooth, got done in exactly the quoted amount of time, and my car came back sparkling clean from the interior to the tires. I can't say to enough people how happy I have been with Suburban from my initial purchase all the way through their collision service.
