This is the best subway I have ever been to!! The place is so clean. The subs were absolutely perfect!! There is definitely no skimping here. The staff was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and beyond sweet. Thank you so much!! A big shout out to these hard workers Ness, Calista, and Iriyah. We appreciate you. You made my family and I have a better day with your kindness.

4212 Highland Rd Suite 400, Waterford Twp, MI 48327Next to Meijer on m59What I personally witnessed today made me sick!!!This women working there verbally attacked a lady for asking to switch the cheese on her sub! The sub was not made, the lady said she would pay to switch, but this women refused and said she had to make it as it was ordered!!!Then she had the nerve to tell this lady to get out!!!This is not the first time this women has been abusive to a customer, that I have witnessed, it just sickens me to no end, I will never go back there!!!AND if the district manager checks the camera, they will get their eyes wide open as to what kind of a person they have behind their counter

Stop complaining and make the beast and toast it right.. will never be back location went down to nothing even the same.. subway was awesome probably around 2000 when I 1st tried them.

Horrible again! Ordered online, said the time to pick up! Was there at that time. She asked my name, she said they are working on it now! Drive up she said. While I was waiting and waiting no one acknowledged me. I stayed at there window for exactly 22 minutes. At this time I’m upset. I walked in they had 4 people in line at tat time, so my 2 sandwiches should have been made way before them. I asked if those were my 2 footings, she said no there for the guy standing next to me. I said my order should have been made now 35 minutes ago, u can’t tell me 4 people were in line for 25 minutes. I was so made I yelled and she yelled, she said I was bothering her customers, I said I am one of your customers!anyway she wouldn’t give me my food or money back. People beware, they do have a vibe of your going to wait on us, hear our stories , no urgency! Shame on this Subway for giving there workers this power. I guess after pandemic the people working their thinks they are doing us a favor! I will never go there again. .

Iriaya, I hope I'm spelling your name properly. She was the absolute sweetest person! Perfect customer service transaction. She deserves a raise if you can. In customer service nowadays, you don't see people like her that often. She could teach a class. Thank you for being so kind!

This Subway is always Fast, Friendly and Efficient!!!! I frequent this Subway often !!! All of the staff here are pleasant, but the two African American young ladies and yes I can say that because I am . They are soooo Amazing every time I come in this establishment!!! They are truly the reason I continue to come here because of there Genuine concern for me as a customer as well as their professionalism!!! I truly hope that the owners of this subway truly know what they have in these 2 sister's!!! If I was a business owner I would truly want these two sisters to represent what my restaurant stood for and that's real, friendly customer service!!!

I usually don't like to complain because this is my subway. I came in today 1/7/2024 & there was only ONE person in the whole store. I honestly felt bad because she was busy with store front & drive thru. This place needs to hire more people & people that want to work. They should have at least 4 people on a Sunday.!

Waited at drive thru speaker for 20 minutes which was stupid on my part. When I pulled up I was told there would be a wait due to a couple orders ahead of me. Get employees to work drive thru and inside store. You suck do better.
