25 yr customer, in the last 8 months or so this place has went straight down hill , no stock of what the customers actually buy but a place full of junk food . Prices go up every 3 months per the new manager 🤣
Guess I'll be going to the other corner for my needs , gas is most definitely cheaper on Dixie too👋

Larger blonde lady was extremely rude. I’ve heard of customers having problems here before but I personally believed it was just Waterford crazy’s. This place is actually really bad.

Hours online are wrong. They do not close at 11 They close way earlier because I was just there at 10:16 and they’re already closed.

Stated online that they were open . Drove up 3 times …. Starting at 6am …6:30. No one there, NOT OPENED !! At 7:48 I drove back up and the gal was just walking in to open ! I walked in as now the door was open . She rudely snapped ( not open til 8 !! ) A suv and an rv pulled out … tired of waiting !! This station has went downhill for 2 yrs . Have been a patron for 15 + years … NEW OWNERS … Is that the issue ? Not paying enough …. Is that the issue ? There is rv parking directly across the street , how much business have they lost !! They use to open at 5 am , and had regulars buying coffee, gas and daily treats … no more ! Never open on time and close early and rude workers !! I now use speedway during the week as I leave for work at 5:10 am and they are open and on my way to work as well . I am sending this , in hopes … that it helps you improve your service .

Is what a terrible place! I've never seen such overpriced items inside of a gas station and all my life. Everything is literally 3 times more expensive than what you would buy a grocery store. They don't list prices on a lot of the items in this gas station and then once you check out , they do not accept returns.

Idk what happened to this place but don't come here. It's not worth it anymore. It used to be very nice. There's no prices on anything chips candy coffee. The prices that are up are wrong. There is 2 different prices on a beverage yet its a completely different price from the 2 that are listed and higher. I asked about it and got ignored. Then I used the widow cleaner at the pumps and the liquid was brown in every one of them. I got my back window more dirty then to begin with. Not a good experience at all.

According to google, they were supposed to be open until 11PM. I arrived at 10:15 and the pumps had already been shut off… ok. Walk up to the door and it’s locked. There’s an employee inside behind the counter closing out her register for the night. I wait for a few minutes before trying to get her attention because I don’t want to be rude. After a brief pause I try knocking on the door. I see her sigh and start talking (probably to herself but maybe on the phone as she had ear buds in) and blatantly avoiding eye contact. I tried knocking two more times to get her attention because I just need gas and am paying with a card so there’s no need to re-count the register or anything. She finished pulling receipts and disappears out of sight and turns off the outside lights so I will take the hint that she’s not going to help me or even acknowledge me. I’ll stick to Speedway from now on. This was ridiculous.

Absolute worst customer service, not a hello, or have a nice day. Too busy talking to another coworker to bother giving me a total for my purchase. I won’t be back. Will post this as well on the Waterford groups to warn them of bad customer service.

Unprofessional staff, went up to the counter and the girl couldnt be bothered to look up from her phone. I had to say excuse me for her to acknowledge me. And she did see me standing there, we made eye contact. I gave her a chance to put the phone down before I said anything.

Best gas prices in town. Pumps are super slow though with how many people are pumping gas at the same time.

Do NOT go to this gas station, prices are always higher than any other gas station around and EVERYTIME I’ve got gas from them they double charge me for it.. if you don’t want to have to deal with talking to your bank about reversing charges for gas… don’t go here and you should be fine.
