“My girls had a wonderful experience today at the Great Lakes Crossing Build-a-bear. Tyler helped us and man, this guy is the best. He was super patient and made the entire thing extra special for my girls. This is like, a kiosk spot in the mall but we were seriously immersed in the whole process. I definitely recommend this location and specifically Tyler. It's my first experience with build-a-bear and it was so special. I am just floored by how wonderful the process was and how great Tyler was with my little ones. Thank you for such a special experience!!”
