My furniture was all damaged by mice, was extremely difficult to reach management on the phone, and the online payment system glitched so many times and they stuck ME with a late fee the times it didn't process my payment

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Reserved a car hauler and the lights didn’t work. So much for inspecting your equipment.

Nice facility. However the woman working the counter with the nose ring and the ear buds was about as helpful as a teaspoon on a sinking ship. Maybe she's having a bad day. Didn't greet us and felt like we were a bother.

I was torn between 3 & 5 stars, so I split at 4. U-Haul on one hand is a five star cause of extreme ease of renting trucks, storage, or moving equipment. On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.

It's definitely not above mediocre, and to be honest it has everything to do with the way in which this place operates. On top of that I've been here 4 or 5 months and they raised the rent again . Time to build a shed , I was hoping the plywood would be a normal price first.
