A major highlight is the modern payment system; coins are not needed as customers can download the Huebsch app to pay with Apple Pay or a card. The app also notifies users when their time is almost done, which many find convenient and love. The owner provides amazing service, is really cool and friendly, and is helpful with any app problems. However, there is a significant issue with one of the hired cleaning helpers. This person is consistently described as being in everyone’s business and screaming personal, loud conversations that others find intrusive and ignorant. This behavior makes some customers avoid the place. A specific complaint involves the helper propping open a door to smoke a cigarette indoors, allowing smoke to blow back into the laundromat and onto customers' fresh laundry, which caused considerable upset. Despite this problem with the staff member, the establishment itself is viewed as great and perfect, with a nice spot to chill while waiting for clothes to dry.
