I had my first experience on Sunday with Dr. Yaldo, everything was great. I had to go back and the second visit was HORRIBLE. The visit doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The word horrible doesn’t even cut it. The staff was SO unprofessional and SO rude. Who wants to deal with rude medical care when you’re in a great deal of pain. Not to mention the dr was very degrading and arrogant. If you have the option to see Dr. Petinga, DONT. Dr need to remember their position and oath they’ve taken.Just go somewhere else that’s all I have to say.

Saw Dr. B Yaldo for urgent care need. He was very personable and got to the point, made no issue of anything I declined. If you’re using the patient portal everything crosses over nicely.Front Desk: Girl was kind. They do require your copay paid upfront. Had to do one page of clipboard info. I made an appt at urgent care and got in within that timeframe in about 20 mins. Did wait about 40 mins to see dr after getting my room. They have a tv screen that displays your name discreetly with current waiting time, I noticed that walk-ins had to wait 1hr plus ( of course this changes based on pt volume) so I think it’s worth setting your appt times still.Office is clean and well maintained.Assistants were all nice, didn’t wear gloves for vitals but that’s their deal.

After a horrific visit to St Joe ER, I left and took my husband to this facility the next day. They were kind, helpful and took care of him professionally and quickly. I will be going here again without doubt. St Joe ER could care less about people, it’s very sad. Thank you Trinity Health IHA urgent care!!!!!

Beautiful facility, caring and efficient staff, easy access to the building, and easy scheduling on their website. I’ve gone twice to deal with obvious sinus infections, and was taken care of quickly. Also a great place for lab work. Highly recommend.

If I could give them no stars i would. Went In today having issues catching my breath and have been sick coughing and nose running since Monday. It got to the point today where I was sent home from work. I went in and filled out the paperwork which was a waist of time because they didn’t even read it. Asked me if I wanted a Covid test which I said yes because my son had recently been in contact with someone who had Covid. But they didn’t even ask me any of that btw. My temp was elevated but according to the lady doing my vitals when I went back they were fine smh. When the doctor came in he asked me if I have been having head aches which I said no I was having trouble catching my breath and a dry cough as well as a lot of mucus build up in lot only my nose but my throat. He kinda listened to my lungs but not sure how he could hear that good threw 3 layers of clothing and meNot be able to catch my breath properly. And asked my to open my mouth and say ahh which some how he was able to check my throat before I even said ahh. Crazy right. He also never washed his hands coming in our out of my room. I have already made a report to the better business bureau and I advise if you see anything like that happening especially not washing his hands to report that place. They are going to make more people sick and spread things by not washing their hands properly. Dont go there at all it’s a waste of time.

The doctor went by what appeared to be a WedMD symptom checker on the computer which landed me at a radiologist getting a $950 ultrasound (out of pocket portion) that wasn’t necessary. The issue happened to be diverticulitis but their computer said it must be an issue with an ovary.

Ran up to this urgent care yesterday for some quick stitches (cut my thumb quite deep playing bob the builder), getting in to be taken back for a new patient was quick, and reception was very welcoming and friendly. The Dr on sight offered a tetanus shot (assumingely DTAP) and kindly dropped it when I declined (appreciated). Dr did a great job injecting local anesthetic, did all the right steps, precautions and provided great verbal support throughout. Poor suture technique- disproportionate, incorrect tension and noticeable confusion with knotting. Got the job done though. I waited 24 hours to remove bandage as suggested, and unfortunately the skin surrounding first 2 stitches was inflamed/swollen, red and uncomfortable (expected but more so as technique limited finger mobility). These first 2 stitches were way too tight- skin was overlapped, puckered/bubbled. I just finished removing those 2 too tight stitches, and it definitely confirmed that they were completed too tightly. If I was someone who didn’t know any better, this could have caused me additional issues, even tissue necrosis. I know everyone has their weak spots within their profession, but a few practice sessions on synthetic skin will do the trick my girl. Thanks IHA team ❤️
