This is a fine grocery store, if you don't have kids. Prices were high on some things but sales were good. Well stocked and lovely, but I was informed at checkout that the kid's car carts aren't allowed outside. So if you have both kids and groceries to get back to the car. . . good luck I guess? They definitely won't offer to help.

I like VC's, they are more pricey for some things, but the staff are really friendly and the ace is extremely clean. The biggest issue I have been having recently is prices being marked one way and ringing up another. I feel like a jerk for bringing it up, but I am a frugal shopper and price compare everything. I wish they would have someone checking all of their prices on the shelves and in the computer. Today was my 5th time having to say the price was wrong for an item. That doesn't usually happen anywhere else that I shop, or at least not as often. The worst one was for a burn ointment. It was $7 and it rang up for $20.

Love the cashier's. Went yesterday evening to cash in the voucher for a free Italian meal from the rewards program. Many items were not carried or they were out of what we were supposed to receive free as a reward for spending a lot of money there. A manager said we can substitute. When checking out, a different manager treated us like thieves. We had no item not on the list, just approved substitutions since the free items didn't exist there. He reluctantly approved it after a lengthy discussion. This was the promotion to spend money????Then we went to pay for a separate order. A sign said on the candy 2 for 3$. They rang up at 2.39$ each. I brought the sign over and had to banter to get it corrected. The manager said sign was for something else and was put on wrong bin or candy wrong by sign. This is our fault? It said on sign Reese king size. That's what I had . The cashier was very embarrassed and apologized. She handled it the very best she could. Being treated like thieves for trying to cash in the rewards? And the manager not knowing how to proceed with substitutions since items out or not carried. And he even said it's because we deveated. As if to blame us for the situation.Having to bring the sign to get correct saleprice. Wow.

I was SHOCKED to find some of the hard to find items here. The store was super clean. Organic produce was a bit limited.

I love VC's because it's always clean and can always find things I can't find anywhere else. Everyone is super friendly and feel kind of high end but is t real with prices.

Market was very clean, well stocked and organized. The selection and deals were terrific, only out-shined by how friendly the staff is! I knocked 1 star however because something always rings up at a higher price than advertised. Fix this and you'd have a 5 star establishment!

Grocery store with all kinds of options. I really enjoy coming up to the deli to grab a salad and sub for lunch. They subs are huge for $7 and really could feed two people for that. Always super stocked and friendly staff with a huge parking lot. Would recommend here.

Seriously if you shop here. Check the expiration dates. Be very, very careful what you buy. When in and bought pork sausage 2 for $3. Get home it's expired by over a week. Expired meat. Bought Pepsi last week, tasted flat poured it out. Went back today and checked a bunch of 2 liter and 1-liter bottles. All dates for April 23 and some with May 23. VC are you specifically asking for outdated products or close to it's expiration from your suppliers? Instead of getting fresh, longer shelf time items? This is seriously ridiculous. I wonder how old the meat and deli is if everything is so outdated and expired. The store is nice, people are nice. This is absurd to have so much expired or about to expired products. The store is called VC Fresh Marketplace. Instead the store really should be called VC Expired Marketplace.***Update to Owners Response*** As you see the owner takes zero responsibility for his products. No responsibility for expired meat "not a best use date". An expired date. So all of your Pepsi products are close to being expired. S And we need to contact Pepsi Cola Corp over that? Again, no responsibility. You were cited Mutiple violations by in September by the State Inspection Number 76079.1 of the many violations stated "bulk food items offered for sale in the refrigerated deli case were not date marked 7 days from the opening of the original package but were marked with the manufacturer's original sell by date" .

I would like to give this star 0 stars.. I went shopping last weekend and about 98% of the things I bought ended up being expired from March.. It's crazy to me that a store named "fresh marketplace" would sell expired food. I will never never shop here again.
