Moved five lines from another carrier and created a three-month mess that is still not resolved. Getting lines properly working took weeks and we are still working to remove charges for new i15s from the bill despite having a receipt for each iPhone we turned in.

I would not waste your time with this store. I walked in and there were 3 customers in the store along with staff. I waited 10 minutes and no staff member even made eye contact with me let alone acknowledged I was there waiting. Not a mystery why online retailers are dominating brick and mortar.

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting authorized retail stores like this one. Save yourself the hassle and sales gimmicks by heading to an official Verizon corporate store instead. Having been a loyal Verizon customer for over two decades, my recent experience left me thoroughly disappointed. They tout that accessories and setup are "included" with a phone purchase, but in reality, they're only included if you purchase their aftermarket accessories.Furthermore, they failed to deliver the phone I had ordered and didn't bother to notify me when it arrived. To make matters worse, they refuse to ship a phone to your home address, seemingly trying to lure you into their sales tactics. In contrast, a genuine Verizon store will gladly ship your phone to the address of your choice, whether or not you buy accessories.On top of all this, they mishandled one of my phone lines. While the staff were friendly, their customer service fell far short of expectations. Proceed with caution when dealing with this establishment. For a smoother experience, consider the corporate Verizon stores that prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction.

Made my appointment on line. Walked in and Luke took me early. Put on screen protector and camera protector. Helped me with a stand. Saved me 15 dollars a month with auto pay. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this place.

Love this Verizon store. Drew is the store manager. He's VERY helpful and always comes thru with a fix for my phone problems. I've mostly dealt with Drew, but I must say, he goes over and beyond to help a customer, I never feel rushed or like I'm wasting his time. Very good customer service at this location!

Really nice employee refused to help me with my business account. I had all info i needed to access and was an ADMIN on the account but instead of helping me, he scapegoated that i wasn't the two people at the top of the list, the owner and CFO. He insisted one of them would have to be there to help. TURNS OUT this was a lie. All I needed was help switching numbers from phone to phone and this employee working @ 10:30 am Wednesday July 19th, but he refused, siting "HE LIKED WORKING THERE". He was quite professional though.
