At a time when finding medications is tough, this pharmacy has had what I have needed. The Walgreens I had used for over 13 years, down the road, has NOT had it. So, I am grateful this pharmacy has been able to fill my medicine each month. They have always been kind to me, also. I have not had a bad experience yet.

The pharmacists here are truly the worst - only they can mess up a simple script.

Tristan went above and beyond and made a few phone calls to make sure my insurance approved of my prescription in a matter of 20 minutes, what should have took a few hours. Thank you Tristan!

I shop here at least 3x a week. The feedback on here surprises me very much. I have never experienced anyone rude in the pharmacy. Ever! On the contrary, Tristan is an amazing human being. Always helpful and kind. As is the taller younger young lady. Even the majority of the cashier's are polite and friendly. The younger employees tend to not understand how to communicate with people but that's just a sign of the times unfortunately. The adult cashier's are always lovely to talk to. I suppose you get back what you put out there, hmmm? Kindness and patience are wonderful virtues to practice.

I worked for Walgreens pharmacy for 11 months. I was told so many false promises about pay and advancement in the company. I had always been a great employee always smiling and helping people is what I love to do. After completing multiple trainings putting hundreds of dollars in everything they needed from me and telling me my raise would be “so good” I received .50 cents….. I was shocked because how it was given to me was the store manager Eric walking around the pharmacy and just holding a piece of paper up to each employees face then told to keep it safe. I have never called off & I called off that following Friday because I was so stressed out and couldn’t sleep (mental health matters) & that Monday the store manager Eric asked me to stay back from lunch so I did for a couple minutes. He then proceeded to tell me that and I quote “ first off you lied and called in on Friday because your not happy with your raise” also said “Good luck getting Christmas, New year, etc. off because I’m not going to give that to you” the pharmacist manager Heike was listening and when I asked her to back me up she said she didn’t hear that. I had a lot of respect for her and that definitely changed. They then both told me the reason my raise was so low is because I started making 1 dollar more when first getting hired. Which is BS because I never would have worked for a company so cat and mouse and that has SO MANY FALSE PROMISES if I knew I wouldn’t advance. I even asked at the beginning if there is 90 day reviews and more opportunities for getting raises. Putting that much time and effort into learning something and doing something new was not worth it! I would NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE AT ALL!Was also told at the first and only interview I could have my weekends off because I had another job. Couple months later Eric started scheduling weekends and when I asked about it he said “I can’t give you weekends off if you’re a full time employee” PLEASE DONT WORK HERE ITS A MESS.They want workers so bad they don’t care what they need to tell you but it’s all lies. Also in the pharmacy there is a passive aggressive and rude worker that doesn’t know how to speak to people nicely at all.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I have multiple refills left on an RX (just confirmed by my doc) and they're telling me I'm out of refills. Now I've been without my daily RX for FOUR DAYS because of them. ?

August 2022 by Daniel W.
My doctor sent my medication to the pharmacy on the 15th of August, 2022. Because this is my first time getting this medication he sent a 10 day supply to another pharmacy. To give Walgreens enough time to order the medication he prescribed to me. On the 20th I physically went to the pharmacist to inquire about my prescription as well as pick up another. The lady I spoke with informed me that unless I inquired about my medication they don't fill it. Which is weird because I had an antibiotic called in on the 20th and they filled without me Inquiring about the medication, at all. And proceeded to call me and tell me my medication was ready to be picked up. Regardless of this contradictory statement I asked when my other medication that was called in on the 15th would be ready to pick up. The lady who was assisting me grabbed the pharmacist on duty to answer wether or not they had it. The pharmacist told me that she was unable to get the medication in because "there's a problem with the manufacture". I asked what the problem is and if it would be resolved by the time I needed to pick it up. She then told me she needed to look into it and would call me later that day. Fast forward to Monday the 22nd. I call and speak to a African American women. She tells me that "you got a 10 day supply & you can't get this filled until the 24th or 25th REGARDLESS if they have it or not". I'm not trying to get it filled, today. I'm trying to make sure they will have it when I need it so I can properly prepare myself for any inconveniences. So I ask will you have it by the 24th-25th? She says she doesn't know but she will put a note in the system to order it. So what am I supposed to do? The lady on the 20th said there's a "problem with the manufacturer" and this lady is saying regardless wether they have it or not I can't get it right now anyway. "But she will put a note in the system to order it" as if that's reassuring. So I called the store manager who I was told, is Erick. I tell him what she told me. That regardless of anything I can't get it right now until, again the 24th-25th. I explain that I want to give this pharmacy and store my money. He then tells me and I quote "she didn't say any of that. I was standing right next to her. I heard the entire conversation & she said she would order it" No. She said "you got a 10 day supply and you Can't get this filled until the 24th/25th regardless if we have it or not". She proceeded to say she would "put a note in the system to order it". AGAIN this medication was sent on the 15th. I inquired about it on the 20th (giving the pharmacist time to order the medication)! On the 20th your pharmacy told me there's a "problem with the manufacture". So explain to me what good it does to put a note in the system? Wouldn't you say something like "hey let me look and make sure we have that for ya when you need it?". But no. They took zero initiative to resolve the issue at hand. I'm not trying to pick up the medication today. I'm trying to prepare for when I need the medication. And for this manager to essentially tell me "your lying she didn't say that at all, she said she would order it". No lol. No she didn't. I've been coming to this Walgreens for years way before this Erick guy was in charge. But I must say it makes perfect sense as to why the customer service has taken a decline. Look at your reviews. This isn't a fluke. This isn't a one time mishap. Multiple people have to deal with this man's incompetence of doing his job. Which is literally to help people. Isn't your company's trade mark quote "wellness"? Yikes! I truly hope you have a better experience. Look the pharmaceutical industry helps themselves not the consumer. It's bad enough you have to fight them for the medication YOU need. I can't imagine a diabetic, chronic obstructive pulmonary dise

The management at this walgreens are untrustworthy people.I visited this location a few weeks ago for cold medicine and browsed through the toys section as well. One side of the asile was clearance toys and the other side was regular priced toys with a few sale tags. On the regular priced side of the toy asile I found a model car which had a sale tag. Originally priced at around $15 it was on sale for about $5 and the description of the tag matched. I proceeded to the register with the model car which rang up at regular price. When I mentioned the sale tag to the cashier she asked management to do a price check on the item. When management returned to the register she said there was no tag and it was regular priced. (She kept mentioning the sale side of the asile. Which I did not find the model car on.) I asked If I could show here where I retrieved the item from so she could find the tag to locate the price thinking she was searching in the wrong area and she agreed. When I reached the original location of the model car the tag was REMOVED and completely gone. I told her that she KNEW there was previously a tag there and removing it is against the law. She proceeded to say she did not remove the tag, the other manager did. It turned into the blame game. If the item has been wrongly discounted I could understand that and not make a fuss but lying about a tag ever being present and lying about who removed the tag is extremely unprofessional. The establishment is poorly run by management. The cashier apologized however it was not her fault. Extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. The clarkston location is much more professional.

Over 3 hours to fill an rx, finally get the notification that they are ready for pickup...just to arrive and be informed they only have half of one of the meds. I agree to take half...now they need another 20 minutes to fill that one. Dealing with this run around is the worst.
