This walgreens is very unprofessional and rude as ever. They act like they dont want to do help or service any customers that come into the store, nobody is ever at the cash register. When you call for Pharmacy department they tell you 1 thing over the phone then when you arrive there your being told something totally different in person. Its horrible service at this Walgreens

If I could give this pharmacy a zero rating, I absolutely would. I was a loyal patron of rite aid until my local rite aids store went under and have had the displeasure of dealing with this particular walgreens location for 3 to 4 months. Now I want to preface this by saying that neither my medication nor the dose of my medication is somehow unusual. Every month I get four prescriptions filled here. And I always have an issue every month with one prescription. The excuse is usually, Oh, we have to special order it for you or we will have it ready in 90 minutes. Well, I had a prescription sent in over 2 weeks ago and I knew that they had a special order it. I did not need it at the time. They ordered it anyway, and it's sat on the shelve, waiting for when I needed it. That day came today. So I called at 9:54 this morning to let them know that I needed it today. At which point I was told, give us ninety minutes.Okay that's fine. 4 hours later, I call the pharmacy to say, is it ready yet to find out it's still being processed? So I go up to the pharmacy to speak to somebody about it. At that point, the lady working in the pharmacy was very apologetic.But told me that there was an issue with the pharmacist. And that it would be another forty five minutes until my prescription was dealt with. Well, i've got to be at a particular place at a certain time to get my daughter out of school and I can't sit around and wait for it. There is absolutely no good reason why in let's call it 5 hours the pharmacist can't sit there and count out a thirty day supply of my medication. In my 35 years of being, I have never ever come across a more Inept, inexcusable, unreliable and any other descriptive words to describe a defunct pharmacy in my life. So beware, do yourself a favor and do NOT come here to do your pharmacy business.
I for one will never give walgreens in general and surely not this one any business of mine and will be sure to dissuade others as well.

Do not get your prescription filled here. Every time I come, without fail, there is an issue. It’s not ready (even though I get a confirmation text), they say I don’t have any refills (when I know I do), or they lose the perscription bag and it’s somehow not imputed in the system. Not to mention when you call, to ensure it will be a normal shopping trip, it’s a non-disclosed call center. I call this location for questions, they say yes it’s in stock, it will be filled and ready at this time. Then I show up and they are out of stock, and it’s not ready. Extremely frustrating because I am always nice to the workers. I understand it’s a hard job, but it’s very unprofessional.

I respect that they are able to keep their composure in a high stress environment.

I totally hate that we got sent over from Rite Aid, this is the worst Pharmacy ever. I reorder scripts and they never get them in or it takes weeks or they forget. Wow get your shit together Walgreens. You need to do better. Especially, When it had to do with Meds that I need everyday. Wow I will be going to a new Pharmacy before the next month. I truly hate it here.

DO NOT try to get tested for COVID here. They will lie and say they don't do it anymore despite there being signs up saying they do and the website allowing you to make an appointment. Wasted my damn time and energy coming here when I'M SICK. I gave the benefit of doubt reading the reviews but God I was wrong to do that.

The pharmacy is a joke they can never find or help solve any problems it’s always a hassle to try and speak with someone they all have horrible attitudes this is ridiculous I’ve never had a problem getting medication with rite aid soon as they just moved my items with them every month it’s a problem I dislike doing business with these people

This is the most useless drugstore in the whole county. I don't have the room to explain how mediocre these people are when it comes to prescription filling. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I have noticed that the pharmacy staff is often unavailable when calling, and the automated system frequently fails to connect to a live representative. When I do manage to reach someone, the customer service experience is disappointing. Additionally, by the time I get my questions answered, my prescription is often not ready for pickup. This has led me to consider switching my prescriptions to CVS.

This place is ridiculous long lines shortage of medication and to top it off trying to contact the pharmacy to check on medication is nearly impossible all you get is a recording saying there's more then 3 people ahead of you waited almost an hour before I gave up
