HANDS DOWN! Personally the best Vet around honestly I had a scare with my dog set an appointment and they took us in and had the best experience I’ve had in a vet due to how welcoming the staff is especially Angela. Angela made me feel comfortable with decision I made to go there due to her explaining how the process goes and just informing me more about my dog. Angela and the Doctor Explained detail by detail what was going on with my dog. AMAZING AFFORDABLE PRICES compared to other vets. Prior to me going to them I visited an emergency vet and they quoted me $1k just for blood work then $6k in total for the procedure she needed. Came here and they quoted me only half of what the other place did. Thanks to care credit we were able to get my dog took care of.A BIGGER THANKS To Angela, The Doctor and rest of staff that was involved. Honestly highly recommend. These people show you the difference between some doctors and their staff on how their in it for the career. These people are in it cause it’s their life. In my opinion .

I've been going to Waterford Veterinary Hospital (Banfield) for a couple of years now. They are kind, efficient, and the care plans are very convenient. My pets get the preventive care they need and my wallet doesn't suffer. Marge the cat is always sweet and calming for my nervous kitties and the vet techs are so kind and gracious with our rambunctious pittie. You can tell that all the doctors there genuinely love and care about animals.

Called for some information, If they excepted walk-ins. No they don't. When was the earliest I could make an appointment. She said maybe sometime next week, didn't look to see what's available. It's not what she said but how she said it. If this is how they respond to a phone call, I see why the rating is the lowest in town. I could only imagine what its like at the office.Training Needed.

I just can't say enough kind words for the people who work at this clinic. There compassion and professionalism is second to none. A special thank you to Teresa who made a very difficult time bearable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing top notch vet care. I will never forget all that you did for Bella. Rest in peace sweet girl.

Was the fourth vet I called on a Saturday after my dog was bitten, they were the only ones that could see him. Extremely compassionate, straightforward and got my pup fixed up quickly, provided the meds too. I was a disaster when I showed up because I was so worried and frazzled by the dog attack, the vet tech gave me the biggest hug and it made all the difference. Only a few more days till he's out of the cone. We'll return!

On March 25,2022 I dropped my dog off at 8am for shot update and check up. By 10:45 am my dog was going to the emergency room. See Winston was a rescue and was terrified of crates. It was noted on his account he cannot be crated. And guess what they did? They crated him, when he got to emergency his temp was 108 and his heartbeat 196bpm. My dog was terrified. He was Tachycardia . They put my dog in a oxygen chamber and a sedative to calm him down. My Big Boy died. They killed my dog!! On April 13th Dr Bal had the nerve to call me to explain what happened to him. Two weeks later he wants to call. Why?? No one called later that day to see if he was okay, no one called the next day to see how he was. Nothing No One! What ever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! They killed my dog and Winston was only 4 years old and a happy dog???

All 3 visits were not once happy. They never did small stuff to them, HUGE to me. It was things like shave face due to heavy smelly eye discharge. I said I would pay extra. I cried in explaining my desperate need for help. Groomers were no longer able to do face due to his aggression in old age. He was already there for infection in his eye. 2 tech's both said they would. I also spoke directly to vet. He was nice & caring. Told him of my situation, problem & suffering it was causing my dog. He also said no problem they would. Well guess what? After having him 2 hrs they call for pick up. THEY SHAVED JUST AROUND INFECTED EYE ONLY, REALLY? So it's not a 1 off, it's a norm. To me, that's zero compassion for the animals & all about EXTREMELY overpriced pay day

I've had to take my dog there twice. I usually take her to a vet up north, but of course twice now we've had an "emergency" at home. The first was the BIGGEST tick I have ever seen in her ear - they saw her immediately and removed the tick, it wasn't overly expensive. The second time was this past weekend, I was told she had an ingrown toenail. Not actually true, and they simply snipped the (albeit long) nail. This last time was more expensive but they tested her for heartworm and gave me a preventative. Both experiences were during covid so I've never actually been in the office or met the vets, but they were nice on the phone.

Took our Daisy there for cherry eye surgery. They had a surgeon there that was familiar with that surgery so we trusted them. Well that was our first mistake. We had both eyes done and one eye was looking wrong within two days called and took her in and they prescribed a drop that might help from a vet that was not familiar with cherry eye. She openly omitted she had little to no experience with this condition. Three days later we took he back the surgeon prescribed a steroid. The eye got worse and her eye ball was 3/4 covered with a cherry eye that was worse when we took her in. Finally tried again to get the Banner vets to look at her and the same vet said she did not know what to do and tried to call around. Did not here back all day we had to call to find out anything. Finally they said I needed to find a vet that was experienced in this . So It took one hour and I found a vet that will look at her eye Make sure it was ok and what was going on. She will need surgery to fix what the first surgeon did wrong. The Banner manager called me the following week siding with his vets saying it was a 50/50 chance it will work. I SHOULD EXCEPT THAT ONE EYE IS GOOD THE OTHER EYE BAD. THAT IS MY 50/50 CHANCE HE SAID. HE ALSO SAID THAT IS THE CHANCE WE TAKE BUT AFTER TWO DAYS THERE SURGERY FAILED AND I SHOULD EXCEPT THAT. HMMMMMMM Banner doesnt care about the discomfort our dog is in or that they screwed up on the surgery. They have there money they dont care. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM
