Horrific Experience at whites Auto paint
A Shocking Display of Racism and Aggression
I recently had the most horrendous experience at whites Auto paint, a store that sells paints for cars. From the moment I walked in, I was met with hostility and blatant racism. The white woman with blonde hair (Karen) who appeared to be in charge was immediately confrontational. She was screaming at me and giving me tons of attitude for no apparent reason, and I noticed she was gripping a gun the entire time.
Things escalated quickly when the bald man, who was extremely short i would say he’s about 4’5 jumped from under the counter and joined in. He also held onto his gun, clearly feeling intimidated by my 6'4" height. All of this occurred because we had a disagreement over the colors and the quality of the paint they were selling. When I requested a refund due to my dissatisfaction with their products, their aggression only intensified.
The treatment I received was not only unprofessional but also deeply disturbing and discriminatory. I felt unsafe and threatened the entire time. This was a shocking and deeply disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone to avoid whites Auto paint at all costs. Their behavior was I’m predictable, and they clearly do not know how to treat customers with respect and decency.
If you are a minority of any sort, avoid Whitey auto paint

Well, it doesn't seem like anything has changed since I last was in Wiltse's Auto Paint- about 50 years ago.They have a wide array of automotive paints and all of the supplies needed by professional bump n paint professionals, as well as us unexperienced, unprofessional, and utterly clueless individuals who get a notion to do it yourself.But they're there to help, and not once did they give me the idea that they didn't care to hear my questions or outright ask for their valued advice.So if you decide you, as a novice, or as a professional autobody guy, that you need or want ANYTHING needed for making vehicles look like new again, Wiltse's is the best place around.And BTW, they will custom blend an aerosol can of the color you need and even sell you a can of professional clear coat, so that's a plus too.Now, just so you know, paint is not cheap these days, and automotive paint is even more expensive. I paid $76 for a large can of paint and a large can of clear coat with a hardener capsule built into the can.But for me, my truck will look way better and be worth a lot more than the money and time I spent- when I sell it in the near future after I finish repairing some rust and paint chips.

Stopped by for some custom paint matching and figured I would come back later to pick it up. He helped me match the colors, mixed it right then, and put it in the aerosol cans right then! Cost was also half as much as what I was quoted at another place - couldn’t be happier!

This was the best experience I've ever had when it comes to getting the right color, great quality and amazing customer service! The ladies at this place are beyond knowledgeable! They knew what I needed in order to complete my project and were extremely helpful in making sure I got everything I needed! If you need paint or other supplies, or if you just need some direction and quality advice, Wiltse's Auto Paint is the place to go. Nicole, Amanda and Reggie are the real deal!
