We have rented from them for 5 years as well as brought our owned sleds here for service. Every experience has been excellent but this year they went above and beyond. The heat went out on our truck with outside temps at -25 and they let us borrow tools and even helped trouble shoot it. Customer service is a priority for them and we are lifelong customers because of it.

We went in today for a hand gaurd that my daughter broke off 1st thing in the morning. They were super friendly helpful. Let us borrow the torx bit. I was extremely happy with the service and helpfulness. Got everything fixed up and headed out. Thank you!

Was out riding and needed an RCA plug added to my machine. Stopped in and staff was friendly and was able to pull my machine in and install the plug. Great people and will definitely use again when I’m in Michigan.

1st class dealership.
Brought my Yamaha Blaster in for some carb work. When I went in to get it, I had some questions about the repair. The actual Tech that did the work came out to explain the whole repair to me. He did a wonderful job, and the machine runs like new!

We had an excellent experience renting from Headwaters Polaris in Watersmeet, MI. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and professional. The rental process was quick and easy, with everything clearly explained.
They went above and beyond by recommending scenic trails that featured beautiful waterfalls and great spots to stop for food. Their local knowledge really made our ride even more enjoyable.
We had a blast and will definitely rent from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We can up from Illinois and the tires I had were fine for dirt but the rock up here shredded my tires. Call the shop and they had my size In stock. Arrived 30 minutes later and instantly pulled it into change out tires. They saved my trip.
