Well kept park but their lot rents are constantly raising. My sister has been their for years, and between her trailer payment and lot rent, she pays more than I do for my mortgage (escrow included) on my home with a large yard and attached garage. They should not charge what they do for simple lot rent.

Kevin Foster has been a Great asset to the YES Community Team! He has fantastic people skills, provides fast communication and very knowledgeable in his role. Amy Emerson has also done a Great Job since stepping into her new role.

Some don't know how to manage their children around here unless its immature adults running around throwing cheese on people's vehicles. And no leash law applies to any one around here either for some reason.Every thing else is fine. Playground is new, most neighbors are nice. But why is there cheese on my car!??
