Went in with a friend Linda sold him a truck everything seemed nice but on second day after purchase , tire sensor , and check engine light came on and after we took it for oil change that same say they said they seen a leak , since he was told we had 5 days to bring back for maintenance that's what we did. When Linda called to say vehicle was done , mechanic didnt see anything , he asked , why check engine light would be on if no issues she got loud and irritated and hung up on his face. When he went in calmly mechanic called police and pretended like he was being aggressive and of course being large and black they believed him. Told him he couldn't come back on the property ? kinda hard when he is leading a vehicle from them. VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.UPDATETHE TRUCK STARTER WENT OUT 2ND WEEK IT HAS BEEN SENT BACK . NOW I KNOW WHY THEY CALLED POLICE THEY KNEW CAR WAS A LEMON

I didn't go in, just to the website. The vehicles are way too much for me. There were some in the lot I was interested in, but they weren't in the website yet.

we went in there to look at wranglers there. first she didnt even get out from behind desk to help us. she just gave us keys. 5 wrangler there. they look nice. but nope first she says if you drive they will shake weight bad on tires a bad batch. well 2 jeep smelled so bad almost puked smelled like dog pissed in them. my daughter helped look at them she went to school to be mechanic. one jeep had oil leak another an exaust leak. the check engine light was on. she said from behind desk before we looked that they just spent all this money lifting them. how about actually fix the engine issues. the6 geared them for someone who wants car solely on looks and don't care about engine issues. they were overpriced for mileage as well. and that smell omg 2 of them smelled so bad. sad she didnt bother to come outside with us if we had questions. as if she didn't want to be bothered. I ended up getting a 2017 jeep from McFadden cheaper than what they were asking their jeeps were all under 2010 year mileage over 120,000 miles. wasn't impressed and her lack of salesmanship left bad taste m that was my experience there.

Actually LESS then 1 star! Purchase cash off of the lot I should've known at the time Linda really tried to persuade the warranty for $800. then I should've known that was a red flag! I purchased a Honda pilot 2006 what ever goes wrong with those right? After four mechanics looked at it showed evidence of the six cylinders one spark plug and one coil were different manufacturers then the rest which Honda dealership recommends and Nkg spark plugs. The Carfax showed that the previous owner maintain the vehicle at Honda dealerships. So out of all of the spark plugs there was a AutoZone manufacture generic spark and coil. Three mechanics confirmed that the coil and spark was in place to keep it going and anti-freeze coolant in the spark. After two weeks vehicle was overheating. Purchase vehicle and "as is." Called the dealership to let them know that the sparking coil was covered up because of the blown head gasket which and Mechanic's terms it will keep the engine running as long as you change the spark plugs and fill the fluids back up. Four mechanics stated the same thing. Three tow truck drivers stated the same thing and also have received pick ups are people that have purchased vehicles from this lot. Coincidence I think not. So being the person i am I called them. Well the mechanic didn't want to talk to me but Linda stated you should of bought the warranty I offered we never know what's going to happen I'm so sorry hon. These cars sit on the lot, I have no money to help you (umm I just gave her $11gs)- we don't do that to people that's not the business we run. Shadiness of all shady but having four mechanics confirm the reasoning of the spark plug generic coils is because of a blown head gasket which could further drive down the road for two weeks and then keep on blowing and then replace the spark plug and filled the fluids and keep on going for another two weeks. I pay bluebook price and this is what I got. Buyer beware
