What an amazing group of employees! The customer service is beyond Excellent!!! Jeremy, Don, and Dillon turned a breakdown into a great experience!!!! These guys went over and above to help us. I’m from out of state, and my car started acting up. I made it to this auto zone & these guys all worked together to figure out a solution. Most pieces were in stock but one was not. They realized the solution & had those parts available, so we were able to get back on the road. We couldn’t have done it without them though!!! Not to mention, they loaned us the tools we needed and helped my friend get a bolt off of a piece. This is by far the best Auto Zone I’ve ever been to, and the best auto parts store customer experience. As a single mom with an old car….. Thank you SO much to these great employees!!!

I just avoided a possible serious situation with my two kids as my driver side wiper flew off on the highway in a rainstorm. I was able to drive right up to AutoZone just off US 131 and they looked up my car, wiper, gave advice about best match for me and Dylan even put it in for me, saving the day with my two 6 year olds in the car being crazy! Very grateful for Courtney and Dylan’s knowledge and friendly help to a mom in need! 11/10
