Showed up during operating hours on Saturday and we drove 30 minutes to get there just to find out no one was there, lights off and doors locked. We were very upset. Very unprofessional!

Every time I stop here Google says they are open, but every time that have been closed. I haven't seen this store open in 2 years.

Closing time is 7 and I showed up at 6 to get a new phone and they were closed. Change your times if your not going to be open.

I had excellent customer service yesterday from Hassan. And I watched as he politely multi-tasked for his many customers. He didn't want me to leave until all my questions were satisfactorily answered. Thank you!

Doesn’t ever deserve one star. Dude that works here is a joke and should be fired, your paying him to sit there and do nothing, he lied to my face and another boost worker on the phone and told me he couldn’t get my account number for me when he was just too lazy to call the dealer support like your supposed to.

The one I went to isn't very knowledgeable. He says he is but when you go to the other stores they tell you the right way. I have never had good luck with the one in Wayland
