I see a lot of comments blaming the store on the employees for the way it looks but what they don't understand is that's not the case. As a former employee it's the corporation that's the issue. They constantly understaff they constantly underpay they give us too much work push us to the Max and people get worn out in the work ethic there tanks because of this. If you saw the back room and how much product they send us with only one or two people to be able to put it out per day you'd understand why the store looks the way it looks. So maybe complain to corporate instead of about the store itself because we were only doing our best. And I left because of these reasons and that's why people walked out and quit last time.

This store has been inconsistent over the years. Recently, the entire staff walked off and quit after one employee retired. After that, they closed for a bit and there was an effort to restock and clean up the cluttered chaotic mess before reopening. That was short lived though as the store and aisles are falling back into a state of disarray. The current staff are also the type that will close and lock the door when they see you roll up 20 minutes before close. I’ll still frequent this store out of pure convenience; however, it would be nice if the consistency returned. When the store first opened, it was clean, well managed and organized. You can see that reflected in the reviews from that timeframe.

Its completely chaotic in the store im rather skinny yet I have to squeeze sideways throughout the store. Nothing is stocked its just thrown on top the shelf. It used to be a pleasant place to go but yeah not anymore

I come here alot because it is close to my house. I just walked out of your store after a good 30 minutes of shopping.. The whole time I was shopping Cat, your employee was on the phone and talking loud enough, I know she has reached her goal of 135. Fine. Im not at the counter at that point. But once I reached register she continued her conversation, evening taking time while ringing up my order to write down her appointment for Feb 10th I beleive it was. To have not had a conversation with her until, I explained that her behavior was rude, I have to much information on her life. I understand we all have personal lives but thats what personal time is for. And rather than simply apologize she told me it was her life her coach and she had to be on phone. I don't know about your policies. But that is not what I pay my employees to do. They get unpaid breaks for that or days off. Disappointed.
