Just visited this store and said this sucks outloud because u couldn't even get on the door. Employee in back said we're short if you don't like it there is other places to shop. Hubby had already picked up some 12pks of soda and he shoved the cart and said we're out of here.

Got to store 7 minutes before close and had the door locked in my face. The only thing this place provides is convenience of location if you live nearby. No customer service, you’re looked as the next transaction, nothing more.

What a dump to say the least. This is a business that takes absolutely no interest in trying to look or be professional. Looks like 5 year olds stock the shelves. Very rude as well.

Horrible customer service. I was told I could do an even exchange, when I went back for exchange I was told I could not have sale price/even exchange. I even spoke with a manager and she would not honor the price. Ironically I go to a different location and they happily gave me the even exchange. Shop Moline or Dorr no more Wayland. Horrible

It's a Dump! It's dirty! Coolers don't work and when they do work, I think they put the food back in them!! And the cold food sets out for hours be for they put in the coolers they can't fix right!!!!!! Don't shop there!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the zero star button?
Went there, simple task, to have a package shipped.
Dropped it off on March 13th.
By March 16th, still no updates from FedEx.
Called there to ask if the package was still there, was told no.
Went there on March 17th, and guess what was sitting on the shelf?
Won't be going back.

Nice staff. Its really turned around in this store since the new Manager took over. She keeps it nice and tidy. Friendly faces and conversations. Great customer service.

Becky has done a wonderful job getting this store back in shape! The staff is friendly and the store looks so much cleaner than it did in the beginning of the year! Great job wayland team ?

The new staff is great and have improved this store tremendously since taking over 6 months ago. The store needs to be bigger as it's smaller than most dollar general stores but has the same amount of inventory. A little bit of everything at more than reasonable prices. Definitely headed in the right direction.

I really like the staff here, and I appreciate their service, but when it comes to buying pre-paid cards I have been scammed my them multiple times. It’s fraud and theft. Very disappointing. It’s obviously a corporate policy issue. None of the Wayland staff is responsible for this. (They obviously put in a lot of work during the lockdowns, and now that that’s over the store is looking fabulous thanks to their efforts)
