This is the worst place that I have ever had my car repaired at. Im 70 years old! They changed the heater core and an air filter to the tune of $1616.00 The vent knob don't go all the way over to the left side. When you turn the knob on to defrost the windshield there's a big gush of air that comes out on the passenger side on the floor. No matter what setting the vent knob is at the air is displaced. I tried to work with this business to justify this situation a week after I got my car back. I was informed that I didn't say anything about this situation when I picked my car up from being repaired. So they said to bring it back in. It would costs me another $64 for them to look at it. Plus repairs. I already paid them $1616.00 to repair my heater core and replace the air filter. I'm still paying for having these repairs done. I'm a low income person. It's going to be interesting this winter living in Michigan with all of the snow and ice that we have. Knowing that I will probably have a bad time defrosting my windshield when I have to go out to my Dr's appointments.
