Where do I begin, Early September I contacted this location in regards to a truck for sale but unfortunately the truck was sold. Mid October I found myself coming across another unit listed for sale at this same location. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. April Taylor. BOY!!! was I blown away with how Professional, Prompt and Extremely helpful she was with providing me with everything I needed to make an informed decision on a unit without the pushy salesman pressure. She was in no way Aggressive to sell me something I ultimately wouldn't be satisfied with or wanting to bring back. She focuses solely on the customers needs and what kind of unit will fit perfect into whatever plans you may have planned for it. And with her experience she didn’t disappoint. She provided me with all the documents, maintenance reports etc that we requested in addition she suggested some additional services that was extremely beneficial to my company which I took full advantage of. All I have to say is If Your in the market or on the fence on where you should buy you 1st or next truck from look no further she will make sure you get a GREAT unit for a very competitive price Ms. April is your Girl. I hope Ms.April is in the business for a very long time to help me build my fleet of well kept, reliable used trucks because believe me at this point I'll be back again and again and again.

Trying to view / review the used Sprinter trucks at the Wayland, MI location and NOTHING comes up on the Ryder website. I've tried multiple approaches to the Ryder site with no luck. I know they have Sprinters on site.....drove buy 4 hours ago. Ryder web site has serious issues and is a complete waste of time. Taking my business elsewhere.
