Awesome place, asked if I could pay just 1 week instead of a month, because I was emptying my unit. They said go ahead and use it with no fee. It saved me money and I would highly recommend this storage unit.

First time user of Superior Self Storage of Wayland here, and I just have to say I’m BEYOND impressed!!! The manager Karl was EXTREMELY easy to communicate with and his customer service skills were incredibly impeccable!! If I could give Karl 1,000 star’s I definitely would, I’m super happy I chose Superior Self Storage of Wayland for my first time ever renting a storage unit!!! Thanks again for your amazing customer service Karl, you DEFINITELY deserve to be recognized for it!!!

Rented for a year and the guy was always available whenever we called. Always worked with us if we had to be late. Best Storage I've ever used.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars. The manager is always there to answer calls. Amazing customer service. The units are clean, dry, and very reasonably priced.

Feel very safe leaving my belongings here. I love that it's gated. The price is fair and the owner is very helpful. I have never had one issue in the last 3 years.

Karl is amazing to do business with and easy to contact when you need to. The storage units are clean, easy to access and securely gated. He will always have my business above anyone else. Even though I'm from the Gun Lake area...his prices make it worth the extra drive as well as his relationship with his customers. Thank you Karl for everything.

Secure unlike the other storage sites in Wayland.Owner can actually be reached when needed. Better lighting and location. Reasonable rates. Cleaner facility.

Owners are awesome, they are very helpful if you need to change to either a smaller or larger unit. I would have been a longer customer here but no longer needed off site storage for my belongings after I moved. Also the prices here are very competitive and are better then everyone around.
