I had a great experience at the wayland do it best location. The staff was well informed, helpful and kind. I made my reservation over the phone, came in and was promptly helped and out the door within 10mins max. I would not hesitate to use them again for my hauling needs.

Overall a good experience at this location. Staff were helpful and courteous. A suggestion would be putting directional signs for uhaul returns. We moved from out of state to MI and had to circle the building, park and go inside for instructions before placing trailers where they are designated for return.
