Lost another item, mailed from this post office. Talked to the person at counter and was told there is nothing they can do to help. If want to feel helpless when you looking for a lost piece of important mail, please use the Wayland Post Office.

Awful post office, says lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30, came in at 11:30-closed. Came back twice from 1 to 2 still closed. Won't ever come back here

Just moved to Wayland and this place has already lost my mail several times or sent it to another office for some reason. People there are lazy and incompetent. Packages are always arriving smashed and destroyed with the things Inside broken. I hope y'all get fired.

The lady checking me out was very rude and impatient. It took me ringing the bell three times for her to come to the front to assist me. Then, I asked to borrow some tape because my package ripped and she claimed they didn’t have any and made me buy some when I saw the tape sitting right in front of her and just needed a small piece. Won’t go back. This was an older lady with shoulder length white hair.

The manager at the Wayland MI post office is so rude and passive aggressive. I just called to report a problem with one of the parcel boxes in the pedestal mailbox unit in my mobile home park. The lock is sticking. She kept arguing that we must have put the wrong key in. I kept telling her that we used the correct key, but there is something wrong with the lock. After repeatedly telling me that we did it wrong, she said I'll have to call back at 8:30 am tomorrow because the carrier is gone for the day. I asked if she could leave her a note. She seemed taken aback and said she guessed she could. But she didn't think the carrier would be able to do anything. I asked if she could open it, and she scoffed and said how is she going to open it if I can't. I said the lock might need to be repaired. It was at this point, several minutes into the conversation, that she said the carrier will probably just tell the manager at the park, because the post office doesn't take care of the boxes. Why did she argue and laugh at and blame me for not knowing how to open the mailbox for almost 5 minutes when she just could have told me at the start that USPS doesn't manage our mailboxes anymore? I'm so frustrated!

Compared to other busy post offices this place is easy to get in and out. I dropped 40 packaegsoff in less then 2 min with them scanned in and everything and out the door. There not that busy compares to gr locations. Nice and always smiling clerks.

This post office has been delivering my mail for over 40 years and do a great job. I've never been treated poorly by the carrier or anyone at the post office. I don't understand all the one star reviews. Maybe it has something to do with the attitudes of the customers.

Every time I call this place I seriously have to wait for over 40+ minutes!! So I end up hanging up every single time. Worst customer service ever.

Had our mail forwarded through May 11th, they are still forwarding some of our mail and delivering some of it almost a month later. Why do they have you fill out forms if they are not going to read them? They seem to do whatever they want and don't really care how it affects their customers.

Worst ever, they place my mail in the wrong box along with all my neighbors daily so we all have to deliver our mail to eachother. Shoves packages into little boxes ripping my packages open and than the people in the office don't even care.

Lost 4 pkgs for england. Cant get anyone to answer wayland. Mi post office. No one answers or else records say i cant hear you. Need tracki g no. I keep giving it same answer. International no never answers.

Literally the worst P.O. ever! Lost mail, lost packages, Routinely lose or break packages containing custom orders being shipped to clients. Saturday delivery if they feel like it. Then when you call them out about it they claim erroneously that the mailbox was too full. If they get oversize packages or something that requires signing they'll drop it at the local p.o. in town and just never notify you that's where it is. It's a clean facility and the personnel at the counter have most often been pleasant but otherwise I have nothing positive to note about this P.O.
