Well I'm not sure what the etiquette is on getting back with someone with a phone call. But I stopped by your place of business on Tuesday around noon looking for a grill guard for my 2022 ram truck gentleman at the front desk was helping me he went on his computer said that he found one looks like he has one in his Warehouse if it was going to be shipped here from Texas he also went out and looked at my truck so I said that is something that I would definitely be interested in he said first he wanted to check and make sure that it was at his Warehouse I said okay no problem and that he would give me a call later on I said okay went home no phone call all day Tuesday not a problem maybe he got busy. No phone call all day Wednesday couldn't understand why someone couldn't get back with me called today Thursday someone answered the phone and said that the person that was there was helping someone and that he would call me back and that was at 11:45 today a.m. it is now 7:30pm at night and no phone call. That must be one hell of a customer he's been waiting on lol. But that's okay I've decided to take my money and my business somewhere else it's a Shane that you couldn't even give a courtesy call back.....

I scheduled an appointment for my wife to get her front windows tinted and I must say that Tom did a amazing job! Would recommend anyone to patronize this business! Thank you Tom for getting my wife together!

I had a hitch installed. They gave me the price and scheduled appointment over the phone. On day of install, they started right on time and finished in just under an hour as promised.

Ordered a hitch install on our vehicle. Went in to have it installed and after about 10 minutes the guy came out and told my husband it was all done. “Wow - that was quick”, my husband exclaimed.
“Come on back and let me show you something.” So he and my husband walked into the shop and were shown that the car already had a factory installed hitch!
So, after recovering from the embarrassment we got our money refunded and left happy.
They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and kept our money while we thought they put the hitch on but they did the right thing.
It’s so refreshing to know that there are still honest businesses out there.
Since I won’t have the opportunity to use their services in the future I do want to share in the hope that others will read my review and use these folks. They’re a dying breed.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had an appointment, after waiting for 20 minutes watching my vehicle still in parking lot, untouched, I asked how long the install would be. The owner went off on me about his garage being backed up, this is his busiest time of year, he had an issue earlier in the day that set things back, blah, blah, blah. I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude as I was asking a reasonable question and he tossed my key fob on the counter and told me I could leave along with “I’m the owner so this stops here, have a nice day.”I have never been disrespected by a clerk (let alone the owner) like this. He could have:a) given me this info when I checked in or better yet:b) called me ahead of my 2:00pm appt and offered a reschedule.I drove 25 miles to do business with this man. Now because of his nasty demeanor, he didn’t get my sale today, he’s stuck with the running boards he ordered for me AND he won’t get our print screening order we were going to place. Side note, when my husband called to talk to him, his son took the call for him and claimed he came from the back and witnessed our argument. No he did not, no one came from the back, his son lies.
