Someone i know got a car from them and they sold her a bad car within 3 days her engine light was on and on top of that they told her it was a good car and lied.. her engine blew up within 10 days of her having the car. This is unacceptable

Called to get information on a car, a lady answered the phone didn’t give a name or anything just said, “Aspen” and I asked if she knew anything about the car such as history on it, or if it had issues and she cut me off and just said, “No” so I said what do you mean no you’re selling this car and I live a ways away and was super interested in this car and was going to bring a trailer with me to trailer it back to my house this weekend and then she decided to be a bit more honest and say, “yeah all I know is it has an engine light for knock sensor but that’s it. All our cars are new dealer trade ins so we don’t know much about them.” So from that standpoint I will say *BUYER BEWARE* …. Don’t know how they get any sales with people like that answering the phone.

Don't go here , the old man likes too agree the point especially after he tells you of another customer having the same complaint, the office smelt like weed , not that I really cared, but at least after a 4" snow you'd like they'd send 1 of the 2 high on to go clean some inventory off , they wanted a 60 yr old with DDS which is a form of MS to to their job for them or a learning disabled person , while the young lady tells you they don't want to pressure you into buying , how long they're lot is , , and how to find the info. On the front window but again,.. am I the EMPLOYEE, OR AM I THE CUSTOMER .. AFTER I LOOKED AT THE ONLY FEW UNCLEAR , AND SO NO ONE WAS COMING TO CLEAR ANYMORE I FIGURED IT WAS TIME TOO GO , I guess they didn't want make a cash ... sell for the day , the had enough .. smoke ..to get them threw

Had an issue on our way home with the 2011 Silverado I had just bought with my son, he had it fixed within a day. These guys are honest, negotiable, and a great pleasure to do business with. I went back and bought an Explorer from him within 48 hours. Good selection and prices. We will definitely be back for our next purchase.

I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership, and within a month, my experience turned into a nightmare. Multiple engine lights appeared, revealing issues with catalytic converters, faulty turbos, and a timing chain in dire need of replacement. The truck became a constant headache, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this dealership. If you still consider it, make sure to get a thorough pre-purchase inspection at a local auto repair shop, as their vehicles seem to lack any quality inspection, leading to significant problems shortly after purchase.
