Went in to get a plan setup for my mobile hotspot and was told this is impossible. Turns out that was a lie. Called the 800 ATT number and 20 minutes later they had it setup for me. I would have understood if you had said you were busy and didn't have time to assist, but please do not tell me lies.

AT&T Canton Store Chris was very professional, helpful, insightful, and friendly with providing me AT&T services. Chris did not rush through providing me necessary information and Chris gave me several options to choose from. I appreciate Chris outstanding customer service!

Christian, Domonique and Elizabeth are dynamite AT&T representatives and sales persons. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable with regards to all technical devices and information associated with AT&T. I have never felt pressured to purchase anything. What impressed me the most is how well they work together and support one another. I recently upgraded from the iPhone X to the Samsung Galaxy. Domonique and Elizabeth went well beyond the call of duty by programming my phone and new galaxy watch.Wonderful team on Michigan Avenue...

Service above and beyond expectation. I am completely clueless but needed a cell phone that I could sync with my new car. Cameron was the epitome of knowledge, patience and courtesy. He listened to what I needed, did not attempt to oversell. He patiently and courteously explained to me how the cell phone worked, answered any questions I might have, and never made me feel rushed.Thank you, Cameron. Thank you AT& T for having an associate of this caliber. Treat him as a treasure, which he is.

The lady in the store on 11/5/2023 was so rude. She doesn’t want to give time to explain. She was so harsh. Seemed she was resting, without any customer and when we went she was mad. We request her to explain about the iphone15 deals. She was prejudging n said dont want waste time. We have been on other store too but she was so rude. If where was zero star option . I would give this store zero star.

The girl who helped me yesterday was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me figure what was wrong with my phone and go over all of my options. I accidentally kept her 30 mins after closing time but she continued to help me with enthusiasm and empathy the entire time. Thanks to her, I don't have to get a new phone and I found out about these amazing deals I wasn't even aware of. I really wish I could remember her name but plz give this girl a raise because she more than deserves it!!!
