Doctor's bedside manners are horrible doesn't listen to patience when giving family history of why certain things may be happening very rude EMS were worried about why I didn't go straight to OB even though I was there for vaginal bleeding was rejected while asking to be transferred to another hospital because they don't listen

This hospital has some of thee most careless nurses and Dr's I have ever seen. They speak rude to the patients, they are super lazy don't wanna bring you drinks or help you to the bathroom, they don't come around and check on you as they should be. If you have a question there's never an answer and they like to tell you you will be leaving shortly then just never come back for the next 8 hours with no news on why you never got discharged. Annapolis hospital is absolutely a last resort hospital. I have a full list of issues my fiance had with them during his stay. Leaving him in the CT hall way in the basement for a long period of time freezing cold no blanket or anyone around making him crawl from one bed to another with a broken rib and collapsed lung not offering him any help from one bed to another or seeing if it would be better for him to stand n get in the new bed. Making him wait hours before coming to unhook him from things so he can pee. He waited so long that he had to yell for help when someone walked by his door. I could keep going with different complaints i have no idea how they are even in business still. Its a absolute shame

I was admitted to a hallway. Parked under a light. Not allowed food. Just got to watch the staff eat. They are a happy staff. Got to listen to them laughing. As I sat in the hallway, on my bed. Couldn't lay down the light directly above me. There is empty E.R rooms. Yet they keep me in the hallway. I bet I will be charged for a room, even though I have been kept in a Hallway all day.

Misdiagnosed my infant child’s broken arm. Told us he was perfectly fine and they didn’t see anything on his scan. Went to Trinity health hospital same day and they said it was a severe fracture and they couldn’t believe they said Corewell said nothing was wrong. Staff is also very unpleasant to work with. Very rude for no reason and rather sit on their phones and chat with each other before actually taking care of patients. Also told me that if I didn’t pay before I left that the medical bill would go on my credit lol… definitely not true and they really need to stop telling people that before they get fined or shut down. But honestly, this hospital should be shut down for good. Go to Trinity health in Ann Arbor or Livonia or Henry Ford in Plymouth. You will get quality care there, not Corewell Wayne. Trust the bad reviews.

Overall, in the ER it was a long 3.5 hour wait and multiple room changes for test results for a simple swab test. They were short and perfunctory woth us and seemed uncaring regarding any questions or comments. The records/paperwork person was kind but that's about it. We asked about severe symptoms and an additional issue and they didn't bother looking at the issue and seemed to dismiss the symptoms as being nothing. Just sent us off with no suggestions and a big bill for sub-minimal effort. We will not be going back. Very displeased.

I was taken by ambulance I had a breathing panic attack and passed out, I was there all day did not see one doctor. When I asked for some pain medicine that I was on I'm on a patch and another I was told they could give me sublingual of the patch I said no I'm on the patch it's a medicine that is very low low dose to keep my pain levels down there like well you'll have to wait for tomorrow I said what about the other one she said the doctor said those 2 meds don't belong together and you can have your patch tomorrow I said the patch isn't to take my pain away my doctor prescribed them. She said well your doctor's not the attending physician here so there's that. I said I'd like to speak to the doctor the doctor will get in sometime TOMORROW, what kind of hospital is this that there's no doctors I can talk to. I was off my IV and heart monitor for hours so I told her either transfer me or let me go home she said you can leave anytime you want but we don't recommend it smh 🤣 I explained to her what I suffer from and still nothing. I left I don't think I'll ever go back unless I don't have a say stay clear from this hospital from what I'm reading it's gone so far down hill I don't how they are ever gonna be a good hospital again. I was there just last year and a really good experience. It's a shame. It's dirty ppl are in beds and chairs in the hall. Nobody seems to really care if you're there or not.

This hospital should seriously be shut down and dr Penn-Bialaski should lose her license!!
Brought my mother here back in January over a uti she’s 73 with other health conditions her mental state was altered super confused and couldn’t answer simple questions and was talking out of the ordinary.. I explained to this doctor that my mother has a history of being resistant to antibiotics and is normally hospitalized with iv antibiotics and raised concern about her not being admitted with the mental state she was in she smirked looked at my mom that’s completely out of it and says well Linda you want to stay here or go home my mom of course said go home especially after being hit with Iv fentanyl because my mother fell 2 days prior and had a small bruise on her side. Two maybe 3 days later I had to call ems again because my mom was speaking to her dead father and wouldn’t respond to me as a normal person had her rushed in and had to be ventilated because she was full septic shock and yet here’s the same doctor that sent her home days prior venting her then has the NERVE to say she’s unresponsive because but still also in septic shock. Never never never take your loved one here unfortunately my mother is back here again sever sepsis STILL a month later I’m obviously working on a transfer and unfortunate that she’s too critical for ems to take her any where else smh

I wish Google would let you leave a 0 star review, and even that would be too good for this “hospital.” Even if you are dying, drive past this hospital and goto ANY other one. The care was horrible here today. 5 hours of sitting in an uncomfortable chair in a waiting room while being in pain since they don’t believe in patient rooms. No privacy at all. Can’t relax either. The care I got from the doctor was “it’s not surgical, can’t see what the issue is, just go follow up with your PCP.” The ultrasound techs had me in there for an hour because they couldn’t even find the part of the body they were looking for, and had to keep calling in help. I would have gotten the same treatment had I just stayed home today.

Welcome to “Annapolis Hospital”! Where they say “we don’t know what’s wrong with you so follow up with your PCP”. Spent the last 5hrs in the ER for Dr. Walcott to say “go see your PCP because we don’t know”. Too bad google doesn’t offer a 0 star and thats even too good for this place.

My daughter went and was sitting in the lobby for 2 hours in pain bleeding and people that came after her were seeing before her then the registration lady was rude the triage nurse was rude she left after waiting 2 hours and went somewhere else horrible, horrible, horrible and she went to Corewell Farmington location and they had to keep her and do emergency surgery thank goodness she left when she did. Didn’t want to leave 1 star they don’t deserve that and it was very nasty.

My mother went to the hospital because her car was exploding yesterday. She suffered from traumatic experience and it made a difference like you took her blood. You took Urine sample I feel like you should follow the subjective objective assessment and planning part of your routine for the check ups for all the patients make sure nothing is locked out You took her blood results, but you didn’t even take her urine and she was supposed to get monitor for EKG she hasn’t even got a EKG yet And that was just yesterday around 11 to one and she was there for a couple hours and the service I feel like It should’ve been conducted more better. I know people have other stuff going on in their minds, but take the time and consideration to realize that you deal with other people‘s health and that was very detrimental for my mom. My mom could’ve lost her life yesterday she does not have any other unnecessary health issues. I had it on for more than the traumatic experience that was prior because my mom does not suffer for anxiety she experience something traumatic and life-changing and provide the necessary services. Please take the time and listen to your patience and when my sister and I arrive why one visitor at a time I would like to know that it was just me and her and going back-and-forth My mom didn’t get prescribed with any medication. Her body is still hurting. She still in state of shock. She inhaled some fumes from the car being on fire. you should investigate a little bit more. I’m just grateful for the God that she’s here in life.😔🥺
