Dealing with their pharmacy is a nightmare. My doctor sent in a script and there was no update at all for over a day. Called their automated pharmacy line and left a voicemail asking for the status. Lady calls back and leaves a voicemail that they don’t have that medicine in stock and to call my doctor. Thats it. Ummm is the pharmacy going to order it? And when is the expected date they will get it? Just call my doctor? It’s the pharmacy’s responsibility to get the actual meds, is it not? Just low effort and unprofessional.
So I would not recommend you send important medicine here, which it likely is because you got a prescription… And the pharmacy line are very long!!! 4-5 people sometime.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever! My daughter needs a medicine and it was sent to cvs, 3 different ones that said they had the medicine at first but come to find out none of them did. I then called around and found a pharmacy that did and they called to have it transferred and they never answered the phone n when they did, they told them to called back in an hour. So I call, now she is telling to hold, 10 mins later picks up the phone to say the pharmacy like she forgot about my issue, all for her to tell me there was no prescription on file.

Horrible customer service/farmacy not helpful don't answer phone calls or give you details regarding about prescriptions. Been waiting over 10 minutes on the phone for more information no one answers

Pharmacist is extremely rude and was yelling over the phone when I asked a very simple question.I logged into my CVS Caremark and noticed that my prescription was "in-progress" for over 24 hours so I called to see when it would be filled. The pharmacist told me there wasn't any prescription and then started yelling into the phone about how I'm waster her time to have her lookingninto something that wasn't ordered. I tried to explain that I can see it in-progress on my app but she wouldn't listen to a word I said and placed me on hold. When she answered the phone from my hold she said that she wouldn't have any time to fill any prescriptions if she spoke to me. She was unprofessional and I should have to be screamed at through the phone for asking a simple question when I'm in need of my medication and am running out. Thus phone call lasted a total of less than 5 minutes but the yelling started on her end after about 20 seconds. I can't believe how unprofessional she was and I'll never use a CVS pharmacy again.in the end I never even got my question answered and the phone hung up.

CVS is my favorite store to shop at. I just love the staff. They are so nice and kind every time I come. They take time with all of their customers and I love it.

Scott was the cashier and he was having a conversation with the customer as he rang her up, but they continued to chit chat, I waited, customers friend came in to help her and the 3 of them continued to chit chat for a while, i was then annoyed as the conversation continued, I then asked if I could have my order, which was placed online, I was polite and had waited long enough, he told me I could have walked up at anytime, but I could have waited 30 more seconds for them to finish the conversation, REALLY? I asked for Heather which didn't help after I explained what happened and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "what do you want me to do?" As she help another customer with self check out like I didn't say anything meaningful. She basically blew me off, I have never been treated so rude in this CVS. Even the customer at the self-check out agreed with me that they were rude. I won't be back. Thanks to Scott and Manager Heather!

THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION; HAS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPERFFESIONALS AT THE PHARMACIST THAT ASSIST ME; A MISPELLED ON MY NAME, COULD NOT FIND MY INF. TRYING TO SPEAK BUT I WAS BEING INTERUPTED. UGLY ATTITUDES FROM A TALL YOUNG GUY AND OLDER WOMAN. I explained how many prescriptions i needed, and showed her, by beaumont check app, she said o yes, it’s here, she said purchase them, i said this are prescribed, as im trying to ask her more questions she walks away. I felt that i was not helped at all; and i consider this POOR SERVICE.

As a mother of 5 children, I have always given the CVS Van Born Rd location in Wayne, Michigan as my pharmacy. Recently, I had my daughter’s dermatology prescription sent there. When I went to pick it up I was informed that it was a $624.00 co-pay with BCBS insurance. I attempted to pay, but did not have enough in my health savings account to cover. So I did not pick the prescription up. I contacted the doctor to see if there was a generic brand or if she had a coupon for the prescribed medication. She suggested sending to another pharmacy, which she did. Low and behold, the prescription only costs me $60.00 copay. Not a generic brand, not a coupon, the very same medication was $564.00 cheaper. I will no longer blindly send prescriptions to CVS.

Heather the ogre was rude and unprofessional. She has no sense of safety or security and should be retrained as a manager, as well as sensitive information regarding customers personal information, and overall customer service! Honestly, as wrinkled as that things shirt was....... there's no way she takes her job seriously!

It doesn't have as much of a variety as the CVS on Telegraph and Sibley but for a quick fix it's good
