Great experience! I needed a car while mine was at a repair shop. Everything went so smooth and easy. The car I rented was as good as new and a pleasure to drive. Everyone i dealt with was super nice. They even gave me a ride from and to the repair shop. ?

We had to switch our reservation a few minutes before the Wayne, MI location closed, and Nyla Greer went out of her way to help us. A car came in as they were closing, and she had them clean it so we could rent it. She is so awesome. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. THANK YOU, NYLA!!!!

Worst location to rent a vehicle from. Booked ahead of time online and reserved an suv. According to customer service, a location is supposed to hold your reservation for 30 minutes past its time frame. My fiancé and I were only two minutes past our time and they literally gave away our suv. We ended up with a van and being told we should be thankful because this is considered a “luxury upgrade”.Two days into driving our rental and the change oil light is popping up. I call to inquire on what to do and the new branch manager Nyla responded with “I am busy with customers in front of me, I’ll have to get back to you”. I tell her to please take down my fiancés phone number because we are in the middle of the mountains, I don’t have the greatest reception, and that I currently cannot receive any voicemails. This so-called manager did not reach back out. I had to call back the next day just to ask what happened. Of course I get the run around and she claims she called me back, yet there’s nothing on my phone or my fiancés either. I even mentioned that you could of gone the extra mile and tried emailing me with a response because it is on file. She was nothing but rude, disrespectful, highly unprofessional, and completely dismissive of everything.I took my complaint to customer service and never received that call back from the higher ups like they promised. That call took place back in August and here we are three months later still with no response from corporate.The only person who deserves any recognition at all is the Assistant Branch Manager JJ Edwards. He was kind, thoughtful, honest, and tried his best to help direct us on where to go moving forward. I truly hope he got the promotion and is the one is charge of this location because he knows how to treat a customer with the respect and dignity they deserve.If JJ is not in charge and it’s still Nyla running this location into the ground, then I highly recommend you steer clear. I highly suggest the Garden City location off of Ford Rd. It’s much bigger, way nicer, has a lot of inventory to choose from, and Michele Crissman will treat you right.

Won't go anywhere else now to rent a car. These guys really took care of me at a time when I really needed it due to a car accident.They also reach out periodically during the rental to make sure everything is going well. Great customer service! ??

Stay away! Can't give them even one star! Once I booked a certain vehicle over the net. When went to pick it up, that car was not availbale.Second time, I am again booking over the net. Not only they didn't have that particular vehicle, they didn't have a car at all! I had to completely change my business plans. Stay away!
