Services for my sister at Harry J. Will Funeral Home in Wayne were handled very well. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout the planning and the service. This well established Funeral Home provides thoughtful and genuine care to families when they need it most.

The entire staff was professional and friendly, they ensured that all questions and concerns were addressed in a kind manner. Cheyenne particularly went above and beyond in answering all questions that we had and assisting with the process which removed any added stress. I am very thankful for all that she did to make this process as smooth as it could be.

Sadly I've had to use this service for my Father, mother and now brother. Harry J will does an amazing job and meets all your needs and gives a great send off for your loved ones. Highly recommend they're services.

My grandfather suddenly passed away last week and not knowing where to turn we called Harry J. Will funeral home and were so disgusted at how we were treated. We spoke to a girl named Alexandra to make an appointment. When we arrived for our appointment they were closed so we called back and a different girl answered the phone and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. First, she said we cancelled our appointment, which was not true we just made the appointment a couple hours earlier the same day! We were trying to compare two funeral homes and the girl who we spoke to said that I heard that you were looking at another place also. She talked to the directer and said when we get done bouncing back and forth to let them know our decision, “you know what I am saying.” We asked that we needed information for prices and services offered and the girl said the information was already provided to you in the previous call, but we told her that she spoke to my mom who just lost her father a half hour earlier and was struggling to write everything down since the girl was speaking so fast with a lot of info and we had further questions, so instead of answering questing or helping us she just emailed us a link with info which still didn’t answer our questions. She stated she just started in September and we think she said her name was Lisa. It was like nobody cared or wanted to help us during such a hard time so we ended up going to The Husband Funeral Home and they were absolutely wonderful. Harry J. Will funeral home is a terrible excuse for a funeral home that is supposed to help people during their hardest time. If I could give them zero stars I would! They made such a traumatic time even harder for my family and I will forever be sickened my them.

No one ever wants to need the services of a funeral home, but if you ever are in the unfortunate situation of needing this care for a loved one, the staff at Harry J Will will do everything they can to make the process and smooth as possible. The staff is amazingly professional, compassionate, and kind. The facilities are beautiful, spacious, and clean. Their communication is impeccable, and they will make sure you fully understand everything that is going on.

Cheyenne, the funeral director assigned to assist with mom's services, was an absolute treasure. She went above and beyond to make a very difficult process so much easier. Cheyenne even went so far as to reach out, a couple times, after the service just to check in. I would highly recommend Harry J. Will.

This funeral home was beyond helpful! Mary, the funeral director went out of her way to be so caring, understanding, and making our daughter's funeral as special as possible while keeping it affordable too. Mary and the staff were all phenomenal!

This funeral home is incredibly kind, compassionate, and a very high quality. They made planning the funeral as easy as possible. The funeral home is very clear about items needed and the process. I live out of state and was notified that my father had passed back in May. I traveled 5 hours to take care of his affairs and selected Harry J Will based on some reviews online. Thankfully Cheyenne and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most helpful. Being from out of state, we had no idea of which funeral homes near Wayne, MI were reputable and professional--I am so thankful that we used Harry J! I highly recommend them & Cheyenne is exceptional! Out of the countless agencies & companies I have dealt with regarding my father's passing, this was literally the one place I have not had to worry about.
