Had to take a shower after leaving this place. Owner was doing everything in his power to try to either keep my friends truck or get more storage fee's out of him smh... police accepted the paperwork the way it was, but wasn't good enough for this rat. He ran out of the office making phone calls to his police buddies to find someone to come lie to us. I would push my car before EVER called him.

Apartment keys where in the car and and we called many times to have some one come out and unlock the place but no one would answer, for a towing service it’s is very unprofessional not to have someone on call 24/7. Not impressed would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.Service: Car lockouts

Charged to get a jump other than that very good service and had the vehicle stored well. Feel a little embarrassed the battery didn't work right away.

Called these guys to haul my car out of a ditch. It is snowing like crazy outside, so I patiently wait inside for the driver after they tell me they are on their way only to never get a call.When I give call them back, they tell me the cops were already hauling my car when they got there. Didn't bother to pursue the next logical step which was letting me know. Just up and left the situation resulting in me having to travel to a completely different center and pay 3x the bill.Completely unprofessional and illogical service.
