I recently bought a 2019 ford escape for my 16 yr old daughter. After 2 days it said my battery was low on the Ford pass app. I immediately called Mark , my salesman and he said to bring it in and they would take care of me . They replaced my battery at no charge and I received a 3 yr warranty. I really appreciate the customer service I received. I understand things happen and the fact they took care of it within a few days was amazing!

I work across the street and am currently in the Quality Department at Michigan Assembly Plant.
Highly disappointed again at the service department at Jack Demmer.
I have been waiting a month after scheduling my 2020 F250 to be serviced for electrical codes being thrown which are a common defect/recall through the Sync module. I also requested a loaner which is part of purchasing a 10 year/100,000 mile extended warranty.
Only to be told this morning that they can't get it in today, and they don't do service on weekends, and I need to now put my name on a list for a loaner vehicle, but I am far down on list....I have worked for Ford for 31years, and I am ashamed of the service that I received. I will reach out to Atchison now and see if I can do better. If not, I will call the head of Ford Quality and make a formal complaint. This company has to do better than this for its loyal customers.

Great customer service, very communicative on the progress of the vehicles repairs. Vehicle was done in a timely manner and will always choose Jack demmer ford rather I’m getting my truck fixed or purchasing a new vehicle! Their mobile service is also very convenient 👏🏻

Called to check if I had any warranty on a van I bought from here last year as the transmission was slipping bad. Got in contact with service and was vary bluntly told no to if I had a warranty. There was no time to look up anything or even ask me for a vin. Just no. I can be told no and accept it but it was pretty rude and I will not recommend anyone go here. As there seems to be plainly no warranties for used vehicles and possibly not even on new ones. Possibly because they dont care to deal with you. Thats how I felt when buying this van here in there first place they had what I was looking for and thats the only reason I came here now after calling and being talked to again like that. I get the impression this is a place that dose not care for you as a customer.

I chose Jack Demmer Ford for service because they didn’t have a waitlist now I understand why.
My experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, there was no disclosure of a diagnostic fee, which is not something I’ve ever encountered at my preferred dealer. I was charged $100 just to clear a code, with no real diagnostic work or resolution. Adding to the frustration, the same code came back about two weeks later, clearly indicating that the issue was never properly addressed.
They did offer to take another look at the vehicle, but at that point, I believe a refund would’ve been the more appropriate and respectful route, allowing us to part ways. Instead, they drew hard lines and showed little empathy for the situation.
The small things added up, too. My preferred dealer always washes my car and brings it to the front after service — Jack Demmer did neither. We had to walk into the back lot to retrieve the vehicle ourselves. On top of that, they charge a credit card processing fee, which, frankly, is unreasonable and should not be passed onto the customer.
Overall, this dealership fell short on both service and customer experience. I won't be returning and would not recommend them to others. There are better Ford dealers in the area who value their customers and provide a more professional experience.
Note: When I did contact the dealer. I made them aware u would be making an honest review, which they encouraged me to do. I will update with resolution

I'm so disappointed in jack demmer ford. To make a long story short, they sold me a very defective 2025 ford explorer, and it broke down. And I end up having to pay a $1000 out of my pocket for their defective vehicle. They don't have any idea when I'm getting my car back or when I'm going to be reimbursed for my money. On top of all that, they gave me a loaner, that's far too small for me, and hurts my leg, an escape. If I wanted a car that small, I would have bought one I don't even feel safe in this car at all.

I have to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Mr. Rod Gildersleeve.
I was having a problem with another Ford Dealership and he was kind enough to reach out to said Dealership and helped me/us to come to a peaceful resolution.
He had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me, but he did, and for that I am truly grateful; thus this much deserved five star google rating. Thank you Mr. Gildersleeve!!!

I got a couple recalls done on my vehicle , they were ok. But after my car was done and brought back to me the gentleman told me he ran my car through a very good carwash. I looked at my vehicle and was so upset it was obviously a high powered car wash . It really messed up my paint on my car and it is peeling very bad off my car. The value of my car is not like it was before it was took in. I tried to call numerous times and left messages and no response and no call back . I told the guy that I was really unhappy and he said he would let the people know and be in contact with me and it's been quite a while now and still nothing. So I decided to call and call . No response. I feel like he didn't tell anyone my concern because it possibly was his fault this happened to my vehicle.

Bought a used escape a couple months ago. Already needs $1,200 in brake work. I’ll never buy anything here again.
Update: Uses sales manager called and apologized and covered the repair. Stand up thing for him to do. Appreciate it.

The staff here is awesome, hardworking and very helpful. Mark is an awesome guy to do business with. I'd definitely recommend getting a vehicle from here.
