This used car dealership staff is second to none! I am delighted with the purchase of my dream vehicle! Jeff accepted a small deposit to hold the vehicle while I worked on securing financing for the SUV. Jeff Benson will go as far as removing the stickers (like monthly car wash labels, handicap tags, etc.)from the windshield of your old vehicle and applying them to your new vehicle. They are thoughtful, helpful, professional, and truly care about each customer who stops by their facility whether you purchase a vehicle or not! Thank you Jeff Benson Car Company!!!

I bought a used Chevy hhr at this family owned car lot. I live an hour away and they did not disappoint, they were honest and very willing to work with me and the car drives great. Would definitely recommend buying a car here. They are honest and very professional

I had the honor of meeting Jeff as well as his Dad! both were so kind, transparent and profession. I instantly felt very comfortable doing business with them. We purchased a commercial vehicle that had a few issues and both gentlemen were open, honest and provided reliable and accurate information (I verified with my own mechanic). The price was more than fair and the experience left a smile on my face. I had a question about the plate registration so I called Jeff and he was just as personable as the first day we met - he was so helpful!! If my grandmother needed a vehicle - I would happily refer her to Jeff!

Bought a 2004 Taurus with 80,000 miles for around $4,500. It only lasted about 8 months with a transmission issue. The first day I got the vehicle the passenger side window rolled down but would not go back up. Jeff did pay to have that fixed it I should have known from that it would be a lemon car. The bottom was rusted out from the front end to the back. Car was a total loss! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THAT DEALERSHIP EVER!!

Over the last 30 years, my family has bought around 10 cars or more from the Benson's. Every one of them a shining example of a clean mechanically perfect car. Yes you may be able to find similar cars cheaper, but the cars they sell are worth it, and they stand behind them. I cant think of any of the cars from them ever having any major problems, just scheduled maintenance. I would highly recommend them 10/10.

This is not your typical used car dealer. It was a pleasure to deal with the father and son Jeff team. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make my buying experience as easy as possible. I have had issues at brand name dealers, I went to a Honda dealer and they were trying to charge me 2000$ on a 10+ year old car for a serveice/app they add to the car that is “mandatory”. So the car wasn’t 13.5k it was really 15.5$k, after months of searching I find a 2009 Honda civic EX-L under 10k$ which was PERFECT. I texted Jeff’s number after hours letting him know to get back to me when he was available and he responded to me within an hour at 9pm to answer any questions I had which was above and beyond! The Civic for the year, model and mileage was great and it was in PERFECT condition the Kelly blue book value was between 7800$ - 9000$ with those specs and he charged me 10700$ (after taxes and fees) he told me EXACTLY upfront what fees and taxes were gonna be THEN shows me the optional ones unlike other dealers they add every fee they can get away with to see if you will just buy the car then realizing you paid an extra 3k$ for no reason. The price was fair and he even let my bank wire the money to him so I didn’t have to make the 2+ hour drive to pick up a check! He was so nice, honest, responsive and I really couldn’t recommend a better local dealer! If you need a decent car at a fair price Jeff and his father are your guys! I’m so happy with my Civic and I LOVE the car, I can’t thank Jeff enough for helping me out and being so honest about what needed to be fixed on the car and what service they have already done. I never leave reviews on products or services but his service was so amazing I had to leave a review, you NEED to shop here for a car! You will love it, I swear!

They sell troubled cars, would never buy a car from them again. Bought a car from them 2 months ago and it has had major issues every other week that I’ve had it. I’ve had the car for a little over two months and the car has spent over 4 weeks of that in the shop.As a response to the response of the dealership my Intoxalock had nothing to do with the time of the repairs. I didn’t care if you had it for that amount of time if you had actually fixed the problem, but after driving 500 miles after you supposedly fixed the issues the problem has come back. You sold me a junk car for 10k, it has been nothing but problems since the day I got it and I don’t believe for one min you didn’t know it had issues. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from you, ever!!Do not if you ask to take the car to a mechanic let them con you into taking it to one of their mechanics, they are all in on the scam. Take the car to your own trusted mechanic.
