I drew out what I wanted, she got the design perfect on the first CAD drawing and my new ring was in production in a flash. My new ring came back to me better than I could have imagined! I am absolutely stunned at the level of craftsmanship and her customer service is next level. She stayed in my budget, and she was honest about what it would cost to get the design I wanted. There were no surprise costs or any issues from start to finish. She texted me with every new update and kept me in the loop about when my ring went into production and exactly how long it would take to return the new ring to me. The most incredible part was we did everything though texting! This worked great for my schedule and I was aware of everything she was doing.
