Update:
You would think with a review as complimentary as the above review that I left that there would be no issues. You would be wrong. The 2015 Navigator probably needs an engine. When I was getting ready to purchase I heard a noise when starting I was told that the mechanic said everything was fine The vehicle had just been sitting for some time. I had my salesman specifically ask The mechanic on duty about the click sound when starting the vehicle. And again I was assured everything was fine. Well here we are a few months later everything isn't fine. Probably around 3,500 or more being spent out of my pocket. Yes I probably should have got an extended warranty but at the moment I couldn't afford it.

update::: it's been about 3months since I bought my car and just took it on a very long road trip. Not a single problem 🤩. Tylar was so very nice and helpful. Our salesman, Mr Law, not so much. He wasn't overtly rude however,
he made me feel like I was a bother and was stressing him out by trying to make a deal on a car. I was ready to buy and pay cash so it should have been easy. We just had to agree on the price. I felt like he didn't care if I bought it or not and he just wanted me to hurry and decide so he could be onto the next person. I drove 2 and a half hours, each way, to buy the car, only for him to then make me feel unappreciated as a customer. I did buy the car, in the end, and I was told the gas would be topped up to full and the car detailed before I took it. The gas wasn't topped off and the detailing wasn't very thorough, even though I allowed them plenty of time to do a good job. I've had the car a bit over a week now. The car is just what I was looking for, and Ive had no problems with it, so far. I will update my review later after having the car a bit longer. So, I would say they are legit and the car seems like a good one. They did include a 30day limited warranty on the car, as well. I would probably buy another car from them, as of now, bc it seems like a good car. But, I would request a different salesperson, after my experience. Tylar was really the one that got me in and sold me on the car, but I understand she isn't a sales person. I appreciate her help and kindness though.

Ian was such a great guy to buy a car from. I scheduled for a test drive and he had the car ready before we arrived. Told us it need a tire sensor so we knew what the car needed. The car was in great condition, just like the pictures showed. Gave us a great deal and ultimately I know Ian sold us a car that's reliable for my daughter.

Ian was a jewel! It just didn’t work out. The car had its seatbelt ripped out on the passenger side and it had a more dings than I liked. However, the experience was nice.

Keaton and the whole staff are professional and polite. Great selection of reliable vehicles. These are not your average car salesman. Honest about the conditions of the cars and they offer a lot of affordable warranties. I felt at home with my experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. It's no way you leave disappointed.

I just bought a car there a few days ago, Ian was incredibly helpful and got me into a vehicle that i could comfortably afford, and didnt try and pressure me into something else. With that being said, I will be bringing my car back to have it checked out, since my engine light came on 2 days after I brought it home. I will happily bump this to a 5 star if they are willing to take care of it. Also should point out I am NOT related lol.....different Law 😊
