We brought out Buick to Mark Chev for body work from an accident, and this place is the very best !! They went the extra mile on our repair !! Everywhere that we tried before Mark said 2 to 3 months! Mark got it done in 3 weeks !! And the work was exceptional to say the least !! The Mark employees were outstanding!!! Kind , thoughtful and generous !! This place is an absolute ? !!! We definitely will be telling everyone about how very special this place is !! TY MARK CHEVROLET !! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Service manager greeted me as soon as I arrived. Car was ready faster than I expected. One snafu... A lugnut was missing and a replacement was not in stock. I had to get one from a nearby parts store. Manager greeted me as soon as I returned. Lugnut was applied by service tech instantly.

This is our 3rd time we’ve driven our car home from service only for the check engine light to come on. The last two times, we didn’t even make it out of the lot! These are not minor issues. They went back in for at least a day and more in a couple cases.In one instance we shared that our rear view mirror was broken. We were still in the parking lot. The service member immediately blamed us and tried to say it was like that when it came on. I’m pretty sure we would have known I’d our mirror was falling off. Not to mention if it had shown up that way, most places document it immediately and call the owner to verify their awareness to ensure they aren’t liable.This place does not document or track issues efficiently. They will happily and kindly take payment but the service team lacks significantly.To spend thousands of dollars for repairs and have the experiences we’ve had is unacceptable. You want to trust the folks taking care of your vehicle that is supposed to keep you and your family safe on the road..

I bought my first new car at Mark Chevrolet in 1986 a New Camero in 2013 I bought a Malibu andNow a 2024 Blazer I have enjoyed each car and had EXCELLENT service. The Staff are GREAT.The Sale Person Todd who sold both the Malibu and Blazer to me is AWESOME.

Steve Adams was very helpful. He somehow managed to get me a truck that I loved, and could also afford, and once we decided to do it, even though it was towards the end of the day, he made it happen all within a short period of time turned in my blazer got my truck, and even though it was the end of the day and I’m sure he wanted to go home. He got in the truck and help me set things up. I have never ever leased a vehicle and got in and out in such a quick period of time. It always takes hours I was grateful!

If you are going here, go see Trish. I saw her name here multiple times in the reviews and she was as good as advertised.Trish was great from beginning to the end. Got back to me in a timely manner, answered all of my questions with as much detail as possible and worked with me to get the right deal. She didn't do any sales pressure or mind games like some dealers do which made the experience well worth it.Call Trish

I will be calling up there on my lunch.....but I come to the dealership for oil changes so my tires get rotated and a full point inspection as stated on the receipt BUT why don't Mark Chevy service center give the same print out of the inspections like Gordon and several other dealerships do? I know for a fact my tires were NOT rotated nor was I informed that they weren't for any reason either nor was any other issues mentioned to me when my vehicle was completed.

Rick my service advisor was excellent! He communicated with me throughout the entire time they had my vehicle. Went out of his way to provide a loaner. Couldn't be happier 100%

Steve was awesome. Great communication from beginning to end, even though there were a few hiccups out of his control, he did his very best to make sure I had a good car buying experience. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and my experience.

I was disappointed in my visit. It was a comp visit b/c I had 2 prior issues with this dealerships service department. The manager said he'd give me my next oil change for free b/c of my issues. Well I didn't know that the free visit would be nothing like a regular visit. I was given no paperwork on what took place on my vehicle like you normally get at your scheduled oil change visits. And not only that but of course I waited almost 2hrs for this oil change....definitely ridiculous considering it was a scheduled appointment. So for all I know all they did was dump a little oil in & have my car sit back there for hours b/c they were being jerks since it was a comp visit. Can't say I'll be back to this dealership.

We had an appointment for 8am and was told when we dropped our car off it should only be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We called at 11 and was told it wasn't ready. We finally received a call at 2pm stating it was ready. We had limited availability to be brought back to the facility and was counting on the quoted timing when dropping it off.
