I had an email problem with my phone..the mail would not load. I stopped at a different metro PCs. The one I bought the phone from. They had no clue, nor could they refer me somewhere that could help. Clearly this was my problem. So I searched to find a different store..I looked at reviews and this store had amazing reviews..and they are correct. This store is amazing! Problem solved. My phone needed security. They set it up and off I went! I may have passed several metro stores along the way..but I will never go to another metro store again!!

This is without a doubt my favorite cell phone store to go to. There are a couple different guys that work there that are nice and get the job done, but Joe goes above and beyond to make sure that everything works perfectly. He comes out of the back room with that big smile and you just know that you are going to have a good experience there. Mad love and respect for you bro. Thanks again! ?

I called ahead to make sure they had the phone I needed. And stopped right over. Joe was courteous and kind to me and even make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate his customer service and it was so close to home. I would highly recommend coming her for a phone he was absolutely nice ?. I will be coming back to get my phone in the future. Sue was very rude. She has a bad attitude. She cursed at me and said D@&m Yo phone is old. She was aggressive and look through all my embarrassing pictures in my phone and laughed at them. Please don’t go to this store.

Entered this establishment looking to upgrade my iPhone SE to a larger size iPhone. The gentleman by the name of Tony went over and beyond to help me obtain the right phone for my needs. He not only provided me with great knowledge of each product that I was interested in, he also assisted me in transferring my number from one phone to another. I had questions concerning a Samsung phone that I had purchased that I wasn't to happy with the reception on it, he made the suggestion of transferring the number from that phone to my old iPhone which for all intent and purposes has better reception.So on Saturday I obtained a new larger phone at an affordable price as well as returned the following day (2/20/2022) and he assisted me in transferring my Samsung number to the old iPhone. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his chosen field of expertise. It is always refreshing to speak with an individual who completely understands the tools of his trade. It also helps that he has a sense of humor that eases the process while you are being assisted. I allowed several people go before me because I knew my process would be a little time consuming and I observed that he treated everyone with courtesy and respect. To me that type of attribute is priceless. Thank you Tony for all of your help, it was a pleasure to meet you and if I have any future questions, I will stop by. You rock my friend and your honesty is outstanding. All the best to you and your family. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

The Metro by T-Mobile on Merriman and Van Born it's the only place I go to get my phones the clerk there is a great guy he works with me and my girl we bought about 10 phones from him I highly recommend this place.
