The parking lot was snowed over. There is no building to go into. I'm surprised they had an ATM. Reno, the employee assisting me, was bothering me for my order before I finished with the ATM. Give a person a minute to collect themselves. Not everyone is the same.
Reno and management made up for it, since I was a first time customer and in exchange for a 5 star review, and gave me 25% off my order, allowing me to purchase everything in my original order. I got a Puffco Peak Pro Guardian edition and all of the matching accessories for more than $200 off the price that the menu quoted me. So I'm pretty pleased.
I'm from Ohio and this was quite a drive. No building to go into, no restrooms. You have to check in at the guard shack before entering the parking lot. I won't be back here.
