This bank is amazing and efficient! Brittany is always the teller for me with our deposits for work. She is always so nice and never gives me a problem with large drops we have! 5 stars all around!

Terrible customer service. We don’t bank with them anymore for this reason. However we decided to go here to do a “teller transfer” or cash advance whatever it’s called. To take money from a debit card and withdraw cash from a teller. The lady tells my husband “you don’t have enough money in the account” LOL okay lady. We laughed that off. She then says she can’t trade his twenties for 100s because he doesn’t have an account. Well with her attitude and acting like we don’t have money why would we want to bank there. I honestly don’t understand the point of people having customer service jobs if they can’t effectively give good customer service. Go to the Chase Bank around the corner they did it all for us in a matter of minutes with a smile.

I wanted to open up a bank account I wanted to do it on my lunch hour so there would have been a possibility when I got there that I would have to wait and was unable to do it on my lunch, they told me to make an appointment... So I made an appointment I showed up right on time and there was nobody there to take me as a customer for my appointment at that time

My mother has an account with PNC, and sent me a $50 check for my birthday. I went to cash it here and was told that there would be a 2% charge deducted from the check, since I didn’t have an account with PNC. That already seemed strange because they are basically charging my mother to take money from her own account but that’s fine. I received my money and identification back and there was $48 in there. As I was leaving I did the math and realized that they were only supposed to keep $1, which is 2% of $50. While it was my fault for not figuring that out before I drove away, it doesn’t make it right that the person working the drive through teller basically stole one dollar from me. It’s extremely petty and dishonest of the people who are representing your financial institution to steal from the customers

The worst banking experience I have had. During the covid crisis I understand them shutting their doors for walk-in and doing drive thru only. But they had one guy working the drive-thru and 2 other workers in the lobby talking with each other. Very saddened in how this bank is managed.
