My advice to anyone working on a trust to not have any finances with PNC. This was the worst bank to work with. I am trying to grieve over the loss of my parents and it has been months and I am still being made to jump through hoops. Buyer beware they are not nice at all and just praying that my family will receive the small amount of five thousand.

The workers at this bank are a bunch of lies and taking advantage of the elderly and mentally ill in wayne mi !!! They lied to me just so they could get there commission for opening a account. A account that only gets $1,140 a month !!! Who in there right mind opens a Checking account with only $1 140 a month deposit? They got me good on this one ! I'm now getting hot with all kinds of Fee's that is eating my Social Security check up !!! And they refuse to close the account. DO NOT DO ANY BANKING AT THE WAYNE MICHIGAN BRANCH OR THEY WILL GET YOU AS THEY DID ME.

Tried to stop in at 935am and it wasn't open yet. Stated hours show they open at 9am on weekdays. Waste of time.

Just moved to the city of wayne and frequented the brownstown PNC (love it). So I tried this one and it STOLE MY CARD. I went inside thinking they could retrieve it for me, but no. They rudely told me to just cancel my card and they weren't responsible for it. The atm is literally connected to their building? Anyway, it was literally theft and they wouldn't do anything about it. Awful. Never again.

Beth is very pleasant & professional. When she speaks with you, she makes you feel like you are the only person in the world at that moment; like you are family to her. She never makes you feel like she is trying to rush you off the phone. I feel like we have developed a true friendship.

DONT USE THE ATMS OUTSIDE. THEY TAKE YOU CARDS WHEN EVER THEY WANT AND THE BANK CLAIMS THAT CAN GET THEM OUT. EVEN THOUGH MOST BANKS CAN THAT IVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED!!!!!
