I bought a used Honda CRV here a month or so ago. The car I was trading in had a lot of miles, and they were willing to do a trade in with it when most other dealers were not.I gave them a solid number I was willing to pay after trade in, and they were able to work with me to get to that number.I had my heart set on a CRV, and this was one of the only dealers that had their price in line with KBB. There were some cosmetic imperfections, but this was not a problem for me.I took the car to get a full inspection done, and there were no issues aside from the front tires needing to be replaced soon.Going to a used car lot can be intimidating, but I didn't feel pressured nor uncomfortable at any point. They called their mechanic to get some of my questions answered to give me a little more peace of mind. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get a fair deal on a used vehicle.Will edit this post if problems with the vehicle arise.

They are overpriced and false advertise cars. They sold me a car that they advertised as an SEL but it definitely WAS NOT! I paid cash for my car and they did not put any warranty on it, did not have the manual, did not have the numbers on the side of the car, the donut/spare tire was busted, it was a rebuilt tire, the brakes were bad… literally metal to metal, the battery was bad, a lot had to be put into the car and the place that they sent me to do minor fixes, they were not qualified to do. I went there multiple times and they kept saying they still did not know what the problem was. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Unless you know A LOT about cars, have another person with you because they will play you and cheat you out of your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were initially looking at a vehicle from another lot and walked into the Quality Auto Sales building by accident thinking we were in the right spot. Our accidental visit turned into a sale because of the great customer service. My husband and I were buying our daughter a car for her graduation gift.
