Went this morning for an oil change after making an appointment online. In and out in 30 minutes. Service was excellent and making an appointment was easy!

Went in for a quick tire patch. They said that they fixed and patched it, got in the car and the psi was still reading 25. I went back in and the guy blew me off saying that it was just an error message and the car would clear itself or to go to a subaru place to clear it. I went home to check the psi myself and it reads 25.

Ugh, oil change and air filter $125.00 is ridiculous!

I was driving into work pulling into the Michigan assembly plant parking lot and my Explorer ST gave me a low tire pressure warning. Called Blackwell, no answer, called Bill Brown Quick Lane, no availability until the 20th.
Those are my usual dealers however, I wanted to get this tire patched immediately. I called Jack Demmer Quick Lane they told me bring it right in and they'll patch it. I usually tend to be pretty weary of trying a new service shop especially with the nature of how easily black wheels scratch and show damage. But the shop had the tire patched in an hour, and my wheel came looking as good as it did at drop off

During a recent visit for a routine oil change, the service advisor informed me that my rear differential fluid was “too dark” and recommended replacement. He showed me a paper sample of the fluid and explained that Ford had supposedly revised its recommended service interval from 100,000 miles down to 50,000 miles. Based on his advice, I authorized the work.
Later, I discovered that this was not an official Ford Motor Company update, but rather a dealership-level recommendation. Since I don’t tow or subject my Explorer to heavy loads, my driving conditions don’t fall under “severe duty.” Under normal use, the factory interval should still be closer to 100,000 miles. If fluid is already dark at 50,000 miles, that suggests either an inspection of the axle system is warranted—or that the dealer is being overly aggressive with its service recommendations.
While I was waiting for my vehicle, another customer returned upset about his tires not being properly inflated. The advisor dismissed him as a chronic complainer. But on my way home, I checked my own tire pressures. Despite having just paid over $130 for a dealership oil change, my tires had not been topped off—one of the most basic services included in any multipoint inspection.
In short, I paid a dealership premium with the expectation of receiving a premium service. What I actually received was an unnecessary $250 rear differential fluid change, while a fundamental part of my oil change—proper tire inflation—was completely overlooked.
Also, as a recommendation to customers and a warning to dealerships, with the continued development of AI, these unnecessary charges will eventually start getting caught more often. I ran my scenario through three different AI models, and all of them confirmed that the fluid change was unnecessary and that the dealership appeared to be boosting profits rather than providing accurate maintenance advice.

Samer was the tech changing the oil and rotated tires. He did it quickly and did a great job. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Guys up front were helpful and friendly as well. Will be coming back!

I got an oil change here which is where I normally always go and have never had an issue until this time I kept smelling something like a gas smell and couldn’t figure out what it was I assumed it had to do with the flush they upsold me on so I let it go until my check engine light came on which I then was able to get someone to look under the hood to discover that they left my oil cap off sitting on the ledge under my hood and there was no oil in the car but oil all over under the hood

Big shout out to Alex and his crew for the time they took to get me on the road after having suspension issues. I drive a car equipped with hand controls and am not able to drive anything else at this time. His crew made sure to get it done and I am back on the road again. This car is my lifeline for independence so thankyou to the crew again. Extra shout out to Cody for all your help in the process ..

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation on my new F-250 truck with 10k miles on it. nothing but young kids in the garage standing around and goofing off. They lifted my truck up and there was 1 tech just hanging from my truck and after the oil change and tire rotation they got in my truck with their dirty ass hands and drove my truck out. When I confronted them about it they were lost with words like they never heard of such things. Then noticed piled all over my hub caps and I demand them to clean it off along with my steering wheel since we’re getting in a brand new truck with dirty hands.. I will no longer bring my business here..
