Just purchased a vehicle with them. Everything went fast and easy . Buyer be ware of the fast talking. There was an issue with the vehicle but it was late in the evening and Omar promised to take care of it on Monday since it was Friday night . It was awful working with Omar . He gave us the run around for weeks , when something went wrong with the vehicle . I highly don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle with a honest car fax and honest salesmanship.,

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about how terrible this dealership truly is. This has been by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, they’ve been completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unwilling to take responsibility for their actions.
They lied about financing options and made promises they never kept. I was told one thing during the sales process, and once they had my information and commitment, everything changed. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get a response to simple questions, and most of my emails go unanswered. On top of that, I’ve actually been hung up on several times, which is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one that deals with such large purchases.
When I tried to address the issues and exercise my legal rights regarding my car, they became dismissive and uncooperative. I’ve dealt with many dealerships before, and I can honestly say this one is by far the worst in terms of communication, transparency, and professionalism.
If you value honesty, respect, and fair treatment, do not by any means buy a car from this place. Save yourself the stress and frustration. There are plenty of dealerships that actually care about their customers, this one clearly does not.
