Cut throat environment, everyone is expendable here, high turnover rate. Don't waste your time if you want to try working here!

Some extreme road rage and a middle finger from one of your drivers today . Definitely not a good look for your company . Btw that truck has a taillight out .

My equipment was leased here for 9 1/2 years when "the owner" Justine Russo started some petty bickering because I didn't call her back immediately. She cited my DOT inspections being an issue. I'd just had them done. Justine Russo said the place I'd just had my DOTs done had not been Alco approved for over 5 years. I said "how is that possible, they've done most of my annual DOT inspections for well over that span of time, years over". I spent 20 minutes listening to her scold me for not calling her back immediately and shouting "I DON'T CARE" when I tried to speak. I did manage to ask if she was cancelling my lease, she said no but she wanted to. I asked if we could load, she said no. It was incredibly odd to say the least. Incredibly unprofessional although not a new experience with her. When I shared this bizarre experience with an acquaintance, they wondered if her behavior had something to do with federal monies Alco may have taken... maybe they aren't allowed to get rid of working people but she wouldn't load us citing issues with company policy... Insult to injury, she had a phone chat and made nice with the garage that did our DOTs and all was well but she still wouldn't allow anyone to load us or even anyone to reply to my emails. She acted like some kind of mad queen. Totally bizarre.Alco's company garages, Precision Diesel in Detroit MI and Two Sticks in Chesterton IN have been awful to deal with. We caught each at different times boldly lying about DOT inspections, inflating parts prices, and on and on. After one exceptionally bad inspection by Precision Diesel, I sent my equipment to a retail garage where it easily passed. When we sent proof to the boss, Justine's sister, Lisa Russo, we were just quietly taken off the no-load list. No admission of guilt for our lost resources, no apology, no accountability whatsoever. Not good people.
