I originally went to another Vitamin Shoppe looking for an item that was no longer in stock, and the service rep was not very willing to help beyond that. Going to this Vitamin Shoppe was a very different story. The service rep here took care and diligence to see if the product was at another location or if it was available online. When neither were an option, he called the nearest health store to ask if they had that product in stock, which they did.
