We moved in 6 months ago and let me tell you- ignore the negative reviews. I honestly don't want to leave too much of a positive review because we greatly enjoy the quiet around here! All phone calls to maintenance & the office have ALWAYS been returned (if they're not, you're probably a handful to deal with and that's on you). Everyone mind's their business UNLESS you're driving too fast, not mowing your yard, paying rent, etc. (as they should). If you're cool, they're cool-- simple. Best part? Rent is *very* reasonable. We're happy here!

Webbervilla refuses to shut my water off charging me monthly after I moved out in nov they still have yet to shut my water bill off I called and talked to not only the water company and them and have recorded the calls to be told it’s the park who’s doing this I have proof I moved and asked the water to be shut off but this park thinks it okay to try to rip of tenants that were nothing but good to them and paid their bill!!!

Open lots have deep pools of water!? Seems dangerous for young children.
