It’s a great little storage area but the driveway surrounding all the units is mud. Driving to my unit this past weeks (it’s march) it is a mess so I had a hard time walking and parking and getting my belongings.’otherwise it’s a great spot.

Unprofessional and very rude staff. No customer service. I’ve been calling them for months to resolve my issue. I was talking to customer service rep and instead of listening to my issue he started arguing and then hung up.

Never had a problem with the unit. Been renting for around 3 years. Just picked up a second smaller unit. The only complaint I have is the inability to make payments via a card. Either have to meet someone in person or send a money order in the mail. Both are inconvenient.

Went to a storage auction. Staff was pretty cool. 6 units were up for auction. Not much of anything. Mostly household garage sale stuff. One unit had a motor on a cherry picker. I've never used the place as storage but they are basic units.I don't know if I would use them though cause talking to people at the storage auction, a couple people said they had units and they had issues multiple times with people breaking into them. And I didn't see any cameras anywhere at all. Probably not the safest place for storage. But then I don't use them so hard to say, just going off what people said that were or had.

It is very difficult to get a hold of these people. Only place I've been that doesn't do debit or credit cards. If you're a day late expect your unit to be locked.

Very Nice Facility, staff was accommodating to our need to meet after hours on a weekend. We have moved in and out over the last 13 months. Our furniture has been as clean and dry as the day we put it there. Alex is very helpful, Thank You!
